The location is fine close to the beach, lots of places to eat nearby..

Cons:

Very basic accommodation. TV didn't work, not clean enough, no duvets. Lizard in the bathroom. We booked this hotel just to spend a couple of hours before the train and to store our luggage. Not recommended for a long stay.
