Been here over 100 times. Beds are comfortable and staff friendly with many speaking English. Obviously the location is the best.

Cons:

I do t like that this hotel sits on a piece of valuable land that could mean that the owner sells it soon and I can’t go again.

The hotel has proved to be a lucrative operational success, riding the boom of business travelers and tourists near Sinnonhyeon Station.

As land values near Kyobo Tower and Gangnam-daero shot up multi-fold over the decade, the property crossed a threshold. At a certain point, no matter how efficiently a hotel operates or how high its occupancy is, the daily yield per square meter will be dwarfed by the sheer land asset value.

I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the subway station. I booked a corner room, which was spacious and included a microwave. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room every day, and everything was kept neat and tidy throughout my stay.

Cons:

The TV remote control was entirely in Korean. Although the hotel provided a translation card on the desk, it was not very helpful because the entire TV interface was still in Korean. It seemed that the hotel assumed all guests could read Korean.

The TV system was also extremely outdated, with no smart TV features or internet apps. It was probably one of the oldest hotel TV systems I have encountered anywhere in the world. As an international traveler, I found this very inconvenient and unfriendly.

When I raised the issue with the front desk staff, they were unable to communicate with me effectively and did not even offer an apology. This made the experience even more disappointing. Because of this, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Pros:

The location is great. It is next to a subway station. There are plenty of coffee shops and convenience stores nearby. Starbucks is essentially within 1 min walk and there is another Starbucks within 5 mins walk. There is also a large bookstore just around the corner.

Bra läge i Gangnam! Stora rum och fräscha badrum.

Helt ok för att bara sova en eller två nätter här om man vill ha ett prisvärt hotell!
