立地が良き！
Pros:

立地が良かった。
地下鉄、バス停共に移動しやすかった。

Cons:

部屋の鏡がデスクに置いてあって角度が微妙に使いにくかった。
シャワーの水圧も弱かったかな。

I booked this hotel for my wife, who was traveling with her sister and a 9-year-old child. I had requested an extra bed, but when I found out that it required an additional charge, I immediately cancelled the request.

Despite this, the extra bed was still placed in the room and we were charged for it. When I asked the hotel to remove it and refund the charge, I was told that the staff had already left and the bed could only be removed the following day. As a result, we were charged for one night, which I find unacceptable.

We also asked for an extra blanket and bedsheet, but the hotel refused to provide them unless we paid the same amount as for an extra bed.

I find this approach very unfriendly and disappointing. I expected much better customer service and flexibility from the hotel.

Pros:

Il punto forte della struttura è la posizione: in una via che ha tutto, in mezzo a due fermate della metro con accesso a tre linee diverse, tantissimi autobus fra cui il limousine bus che porta direttamente all’aeroporto.
La camera era scarna ed essenziale ma aveva tutto il necessario ed era grande.
Lo staff è gentilissimo, preparato e parla un ottimo inglese. Ho avuto bisogno di aiuto e sono stati molto disponibili.

Cons:

C’è la lavatrice ma non l’asciugatrice, quindi devi stendere in camera. Non ho trovato il rooftop però non ho neanche chiesto sinceramente.
