Beautiful stay, great staff & location
Pros:

Location, value, staff

Cons:

We were in room 332. There was loud TV noise & snoring noise coming into our room, presumably from room 333. It was as if they were in the room with us. Appears to be a sound insulation issue where sound had easy access into our room through a vent or gap in wall/ceiling

Enjoyed our stay and visit to Charleston, loved location and would stay again.
Pros:

Loved the ability to pre-check in and leave our bags which were delivered to room while we explored city a bit. Loved welcome drink, sound machine, black out curtains and room was quiet. Also, great water pressure in shower.

Cons:

Noticed some stains and a hair on sheets when getting ready for bed. Breakfast needs a few more options. Also, $23 for an old fashioned in bar seemed excessive.

Very good and positive stay
Pros:

Location was excellent. Staff was super nice, helpfull and attentive. They made stay in Charleston amazing. Rooms with amazing design and ergonomics, superclean.

Cons:

The only developmental comment: breakfasts! Space was to tight, we had problem in finding sitting place once. And maybe variety of food. Considering that Charleston is great food place so not a big deal.

Looking forward to our next visit to Charleston and this property.
Pros:

Amazing, tall ceiling rooms. Super convenient.

Cons:

A bit of a sewer smell on the second level. We also had drafts of cigarette smoke at night, but we truly loved the property and would stay there again!

Downtown Getaway in Charleston
Pros:

So beautiful and stunning decor. Comfortable suite with everything you need. Centrally located in downtown Charleston with easy access to restaurants and tourist sites. Staff super helpful and friendly. Convenient parking and shopping.

A very nice hotel
Pros:

Very stylish and pleasant hotel

Cons:

The room was quite cold and the hotel didn’t have any duvets at all which was surprising. The heating in the room also barely worked

Breakfast was not very nice - considering the caliber of the property, the breakfast was not commensurate with the rest of the experience they offered - it was incongruous with the room and high quality standard they are creating

I will go again,but will grimace at the price.
Pros:

Not worth the price at all
Pros:

The rooms are pretty and large. The location is fine

Cons:

The breakfast is not a breakfast. What little they provided was always empty. Our room was over the bar and it was VERY loud. I could hear the person next to me television and them talking.
