My Place Hotel-Bismarck, ND

Comfortable, easy to get to from interstate. Friendly staff. Very clean and so far, quiet!

We have stayed here 4 times now and you can't beat the price and how clean this hotel is. It's a great hotel if you are traveling or if you aren't looking for a pool, exercise room, etc. They rooms are very clean, beds are very comfy, shower is excellent. We were on the 2nd level and didn't hear anyone in the hallway or rooms above, below or next to us. We did have an issue with our lock not working because it was wearing out and the manager quickly put us in another room. They were just going to start replacing the keying system, so that problem will be solved. The 2nd room we were in the door lock worked perfectly. The hotel is in a great location on the N side of Bismarck right off I94. There are 3 gas stations next door if you are traveling. I always look at the stairwells to see if they are clean and this hotel perfect. We were greeted when we walked in the door and staff is very friendly. Housekeepers kept asking if there was anything they could do for us or get for us. We will always stay there when visiting family. We were there for 5 nights this time.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at My Place Hotel in Bismarck, ND.

Housekeeping discarded four days' worth of my clothing that was securely stored in a white, heavy-duty drawstring bag inside my room. I had extended my stay and was told housekeeping had been instructed not to enter my room. Despite that, my room was serviced, my clothing disappeared, and it has never been recovered.

I immediately reported the incident, thoroughly searched the room, and checked the lost and found twice with a hotel employee. The General Manager assured me he would contact me the following day. It has now been 10 days, and I have not received a single phone call, email, or update. I was repeatedly told I would be contacted, but nothing has been done to help resolve this situation.

I was in town for a funeral, making an already difficult time even more stressful. I am still seeking reimbursement for several hundred dollars' worth of clothing and expect My Place Hotels' corporate office to take responsibility and resolve this matter promptly.

Liked the kitchen and the room was clean.

The location, the room was clean

Good location and dog friendly. Large room with kitchenette.

Room smelled like dogs had stayed in there, maids did not make up bed or put fresh towels in the room. I walked around barefoot in the room and when I jumped in the shower, the tub got muddy.

Booked a room and got the rate online for the night booked. There was a glitch and the reservation booked for the day the reservation was made. Called as soon as I realized the error and was told David, the manager was “out”. Called several times and he is “out”. Finally reached him today and he said he needs approval to refund the night. Might be 3 days before he gets it resolved. My card was charged twice for the night I stayed, and corrected, then a fourth charge was made for taxes 3 days later for taxes as the front desk forgot to charge that. Be aware. If you need customer service, it is hard to escalate the concern and no one is particularly interested in helping quickly. Will revisit my review on Monday if things wind up being resolved.

Liked having full size fridge. Other than coffee maker, paper coffee cups and 1 pack coffee the kitchen had no cookware dishes etc.

Night clerk very sweet!

Pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, it had an adequate kitchen but you had to get dishes etc from the shop by the front desk.
It was conveniently located for our exploration of Bismark.

The room was spotless! Perfect kitchette. Exceptional staff! Comfortable beds.
