Great location but the room service needs to be improved.

Location is excellent and parking is very good

Cons:

Room service was poor. There was a spillage on the sheet so we removed it to indicate to the cleaning staff that it needed to be replaced. Instead they simply made the bed without a sheet on it so we were left sleeping on a bare mattress for the second night. When we complained we were told this was the policy "only to change sheets every 3 days in the interest of environment" - I accept that except in the instance where it is soiled and needs to be changed. We returned to the room very late so didn't want to call to get it done so late at night. The rooms are also very small and don't feel as premium as the communal areas.

It was amazing. I would definitely stay there again next time I’m in Sligo. This would be the first place I’d recommend

The hotel was beautiful inside and out, the room was gorgeous and very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly. Very good value for money. Made the trip to Sligo worth it.
