Pros:

Las instalaciones, relación calidad precio, atención, limpieza, super buenos.

Cons:

Me equivoqué en la reserva con otro hotel que se llamaba igual (no sé si de la misma cadena). Pensaba que podría caminar hasta el lugar al que necesitaba desde el hotel y estaba a más de una hora de camino en carro. No logré que me hicieran el cambio por falta de tiempo para gestionarlo. Al final me organice así pero tengan cuidado con la ubicación.

EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO NO FUNCIONA, NO TIENE CORTINAS OSCURAS SOLO LAS MESH. DICEN QUE LA COCINA CIERRA A LA 1.00AM Y A LAS 11.40 PM QUE QUISE COMPRAR ALGO ME DIJERON QUE LA COCINA YA ESTABA CERRADA. PERO EL PERSONAL SI MUY AMABLE. NO ES SU CULPA QUE EL HOTEL ESTE HORRIBLE

Limpieza y comodidad.

Cons:

Conforme llegaron otros huéspedes entrada la noche y madrugada les fueron asignadas habitaciones contiguas, el sueño fue interrumpido constantemente ya que en una de las habitaciones continuaron con charlas y risas subidas de volumen hasta las 5 am. Sin duda la prioridad para el huésped es el descanso, pese a las buenas condiciones de la habitación no fué posible dormir. Se agradece la gestión de asignación de habitaciones en OTROS hospedajes, dónde identificar la diversidad de grupos les permite proporcionar un excelente servicio, pero no en ésta ocasión.
