Realmente nos sentimos num "porto de paz".
Pros:

O hotel fica muito próximo da praia, em região muito tranquila. O café da manhã é muito bom e as pessoas que fazem o hotel funcionar foram muito profissionais, atenciosas e respeitosas.

Cons:

Em dois dias de hospedagem não temos do que reclamar, pois tudo estava muito de acordo com o esperado.

O quarto tinha um tamanho bom, vista para jardim e piscina. A casa bem decorada.

A recepcionista que nos recebeu foi péssima. Mostrei a minha reserva pelo booking confirmada por email e ela disse que teríamos que esperar para ela receber a confirmação, sem dizer quanto tempo iria demorar. Já passava das 18:00 hs. Ficamos sentadas na recepção sem saber quanto tempo iríamos esperar. Pessoa despreparada para lidar com o público. Faço todas as minhas reservas no booking.com, em vários países e isso nunca tinha acontecido.
Poderia ter adiantado o preenchimento da ficha que tivemos que preencher depois que ela recebeu a confirmação. Nosso banheiro alagou no 1º banho. Fui a recepção da noite que foi solicita e pude tomar banho no quarto ao lado, o que não foi muito agradável.
A gerente no outro dia de manhã foi super simpática e nos atendeu super bem, inclusive nos ofereceu as águas que bebemos no quarto. Outra coisa que achei estranha, porque a maioria dos hotéis te deixa água de cortesia .

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt – jederzeit wieder!

Wir waren zu dritt im Hotel Porto de Paz (Pousada) in São Francisco und hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt.

Ich selbst hatte ein Einzelzimmer im ersten Stock. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gepflegt und insgesamt „picobello“. Zur Ausstattung gehörten Klimaanlage, Deckenventilator mit Licht, Fernseher sowie alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht.

Der gesamte Außenbereich – insbesondere der Garten und der Pool – war hervorragend gepflegt. Der Blick in den Garten war sehr schön und entspannend.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und völlig ausreichend. Es gab Kaffee, Tee und verschiedene Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Vielleicht etwas anders als in Deutschland, aber absolut in Ordnung.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastgeberin und das gesamte Team: alle waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Gastgeberin spricht sehr gut Englisch, was in Brasilien nicht selbstverständlich ist und vieles erleichtert.

Kostenlose Parkplätze (überdacht/Carport) standen ebenfalls zur Verfügung, was sehr praktisch war.

Auch ein Aufenthalt mit Hund ist möglich. Soweit ich weiß, gibt es dafür entsprechende Zimmer (z. B. im Erdgeschoss), sodass man seinen Hund mitbringen kann. Es empfiehlt sich, dies vorher anzumelden.

Wir hatten ursprünglich drei Tage gebucht und haben spontan noch um eine Nacht verlängert – das spricht für sich.

Fazit:
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung!

Gente do céu.... A limpeza e os cuidados com o hóspede é de emocionar.
