La ubicación es excelente. el personal súper amable y dispuestos. Sin duda volveremos.
A las cabañas no les vendría nada mal una actualización. Pero son muy lindas.

Pros:

Mein gebuchter Bungalow stand nicht zur Verfügung. 310 $ aber bereits abgebucht. Ein anderer billiger Bungalow wurde mir aber vermittelt Beim Auschecken des anderen Bungalow wurde mir gesagt, die Kosten seien vom Manager des Costa Esmeralda beglichen. Alles ohne mich zu informieren. Auch wurde der von mir überzahlte Betrag nicht im neuen Hotel hinterlegt. Erst durch meine Vorsprache im Costa Esmeralda bekam ich den Differenzbetrag (160$) in Cash ausgezahlt.
Ein Schlingel, wer da Böses denkt. Auch wurde behauptet, sie könnten aus meine Kreditkarte keine Rückzahlung vornehmen
