Why are there no fans in the Loft restaurant. It is HOT there and we are bewildered that there are no fans.

Great experience. The entire staff at the Blue Lagoon were very friendly and polite. Thank you for the great hospitality. The air conditioning in the room worked great. Great size kitchen area for all your reheating or storing needs. I think the only negative thing I can say was the water pressure wasn’t always full. But that’s it. When we needed travel off the property. The outstanding front desk STAFF help you situate that, The driver comes and you pay.

Excellent hotel

For a marina hotel, very quiet. Good ambiance, lovely view of the ocean. Rooms and other areas could use a little refresher but nice and comfortable.
Staff very warm and made us feel at home. Food was excellent, five stars. Enjoyed the pool facilities.

I was extremely pleased with every personnel I came in contact with from the front desk to security to housekeeping. Every contact was out of the way friendly and helpful. Front desk was beyond hospitable. Room was well cleaned. Would definitely stay here again. My concern about cleanliness actually pertained to the entry way to the beach which I know the hotel doesn't own but perhaps could help the city with maintenance since some guests may want to access it..

The security staff were outstanding. They made us feel safe and were super friendly. The food in the restaurant was tasty and well presented. The in room amenities were excellent. We were kindly upgraded which gave us access to a small kitchenette. Our room

Nice harbor hotel , great staff, nice room and the sister hotel plantation house stunning. Dont expect full entertainment. This is a place where you enjoy luxury in a very peaceful surrounding. Really beautiful properties. As a hotelier myself i have to say sweet very friendly staff, great food but logistic training is missing, efficiency as there is far to much staff in the restaurant in low season but again if it fits the company in turnover no need to let them go and keep structure alive as long they are aware that they have then a great boss then.

The restaurant was really good (breakfast was amazing), the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the overall cleanliness of the property was good. Unfortunately my room had more bugs than I would have liked crawling on the walls and there was marijuana found in one of the nightstands (more than a handful). I stayed in the room with my young children and if one of them found it, it could have been dangerous for them!

Another fantastic stay at Blue Lagoon! I love everything about it, however the staff are the biggest asset to this hotel. Everyone is so pleasant and friendly, and they take the time to speak with you and make sure that you're alright. Thank you all so much for making us feel at home 🙂

Stay here fairly often, its our go to stop over on St Vincent before catching ferry. Rooms modern and clean, fresh crisp white bed linen and towels. Lovely position looking over marina. Great restaurant serving fresh delicious breakfasts. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

The views from the restaurants and our room were lovely. The staff was friendly and professional. We were there 9 days and enjoyed it immensely.

Clean room, bery convenient and quite. Very well positioned for travel around the island. Cons: low water pressure in the room, no fridge. Very good value for money
