Todo dia fazem limpeza, e aquecedor do ambiente e da água de banho e pia funcionam muito bem.

Cons:

Cama não é muito confortável, estavamos no segundo andar, e os hóspedes do terceiro andar fazendo barulho no assoalho nos acordava no meio da noite, a acústica não é boa, incomoda se coincidir de hospedar acima pessoas não cuidadosas com barulho. Também achei que café da manhã poderia ter uma fruta, agregaria.
