Muy buena ubicación, la atención de Nahuel, excelente, siempre dispuesto a solucionar inconvenientes, el desayuno es continental, excelente, y la limpieza un 10, todo los días se asea la habitación, relación precio -calidad un 10, esperamos volver en otra oportunidad.

Es un hotel viejo, sin ascensor. Pero muy bien ubicado. Es comodo y limpio. El desayuno es bueno. La atencion depende del empleado, hay 2 muye amables, y una empleada muy correcta, pero poco predispuesta a brindar informacion y/o asesoramiento sobre la zona.

Que no hubiera ascensor.

Nothing, we left the hotel when we saw the conditions it was in

The hotel is old and in terrible condition.
The smell at the entrance is horrible.
When we arrived in our room, the sheets were dirty, the towels were dirty, and the carpet was completely worn out.
We went to reception to report the issue, and we were told that the towels were not dirty, “just” stained.
When I asked for clean ones, the extremely rude response was:
“We don’t have any. If it’s not okay with you, you’re free to leave. This hotel is cheap, that’s how it is. If you want, the hotel across the street is better.”

The receptionist was incredibly unprofessional, there is simply no excuse for speaking to guests that way. Such a response to paying customers is unacceptable and disgraceful.

At least we managed to get a refund for the nights we did not use.

Disgusting, a place to absolutely avoid.

La ubicación es buena, casi céntrica y a 80 mts de la calle principal San Martin.
Que tenga una heladera chica es algo bueno.

El desayuno fue exactamente lo mismo los 15 dias! Ni siquiera hay fiambres o facturas surridas, galletitas variadas, nada de eso. Limpian tirando las migas de las mesas al piso pero no barren enseguida y eso se pega en el calzado !, ponen tv con música cuando estas desayunando, musica horrible y jamás preguntaron si me molestaba o si tenía ganas. No tienen lugar tipo loft, por lo tanto la gente usa las mesas de comer para hablar y juntarse tb. El.90% de la ventana e s un panel.fijo, cuando yo habia aclarado q necesito q se abran cuando estaba por reservar porq soy claustrofóbico !. Los.mueblea son viejos , roidos, con la formica saltada, la alfo.bra de la habitación es vieja y con roturas y enganches, no hay intercomunicador con conserjeria en las habitaciones, no hay ascensor en caso de discapacidad o lesión. Muy ruidoso. Encima enfrente habia una obra en construccion, varias veces la.mochila del inodoro dejó de cargar agua y tenian q venir a arreglar no se q parte..
Hasta faltaba uno de los numeros de identificación en la.puerta de la.habitacion y nunca lo pusieron.
Las mucamas no saben pasar el barrealfombras, lo.levantan como si fuese un secador !!!

Cons:

Alfombras rotas. Cubrecamas súper gastados y manchados. El televisor era de los antiguos y pequeñito, no se veía estaba toda la pantalla casi negra. Desayuno con Medialunas del día anterior. Podría estar más arreglada la mesa de desayuno. Descuido y falta de detalles acogedores.
