I was happy to receive an upgrade from a partial ovean view to a full ocean view. Aside from that the room didn't have a mini fridge, the front desk wasn't quite as accommodating/friendly as I would have expected...we also found the bed and pillows weren't very comfortable and the shower needed better water containment as we had issues with water leaking out.

Habitación muy limpia, funcional, el personal con excelente trato hacia el huésped, atendiendo todas las necesidades para la comodidad del mismo. El único inconveniente que yo le vi fue la puerta de la entrada, sigue con inconvenientes, no la han arreglado y para entrar al hotel uno tiene que accesar por una puerta con rampa, que en algunos casos resulta peligrosa.

No hay barista y como si no tuviera bar, el buffet del desayuno estuvo muy bien, tiene varios restaurantes y bares alrededor, la alberca es pequeña, pero hay canchas de tenis al lado, no lo sé no es excelente, no es regular, tiene claro oscuros, le doy un 8 de 10 o 4 de 5 estrellas

Creo que hay mucho que mejorar en el hotel las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear se ve descuidado sucio, viejo ,no te da la sensación de estar en un hotel de una buena cadena, nada que ver el precio con lo recibido, tuve que cambiarme de hotel a la mitad de viaje por las condiciones del hotel y las habitaciones, hay música en vivo regional no pude tener las reuniones de trabajo que tenía programadas tuve que hacerlas en otro lugar. En todos los viajes que he hecho es el único hotel que me ha dejado con un muy mal sabor de boca, está para no volver y no recomendarlo en lo absoluto
