Pros:

A huge thank you to the entire staff at Armas Beach Hotel. Everything was fantastic—the cleanliness, the comfort, and the delicious, varied food. There was a great selection of entertainment, ensuring a wonderful vacation. Special thanks to the reception team—Firuze, Sultana, Valida, and the guys—who were incredibly kind and did everything possible to ensure the guests' comfort. My family and I had an excellent stay and left with a wonderful impression. Thank you, and I wish you all the best, continued success, and much prosperity!

Pros:

Женский пенсонал, который принимает гостей очень приятный, улыбчивый, доброжелательный, говорящий на русском, настроенный на клиентов. Заселили сразу по приезду, так как номера были. Номер стандарт на 4 этаже с большим балконом ( сушилка, столик, стулья), вид на море и горы. Номер хорошо оснащен (халат, тапки, минибар с безалкогольными напитками, зубные наборы, шампунь, кондиционер, расчёска и т.д.). Вода в бутылках доступна неограниченно в столовой, баре. С 11.00 турецкий кофе в отдельном кафе. С 15.00 дают мороженое. Пляж на территории отеля. Напротив туристическое бюро, экскурсии удобно брать там. Перед отелем остановки автобусов (удобно съездить в Анталию). Есть сауна, предлагают СПА программы.

Cons:

Расположение неудобное для тех, кто любит гулять. Отель расположен сразу у въезда в Кемер, до центра, порта, парка, активной жизни нужно ходить несколько километров. У меня получалось по 10 км ходьбы, а это просто прогуляться до порта. Территория малюсенькая, лобби практически отсутствует, на территории нет возможности играть в волейбол, какие-то игры, пляж крохотный, своего понтона даже нет, летом, думаю, люди друг на друге лежат. Анимация отсутствует, иногда вялые мальчики что-то предлагают, но без энтузиазма, зато анимация соседних отелей не даёт спать вечером) Ходила каждый вечер в другие отели через море, никто не выгонял. Отдельно надо отметить питание. Я непривередливый человек, но такого безвкусного, неразнообразного питания нигде не встречала. Поддалась на рейтинг(

Уютная гостиница, питание хорошее и разнообразное,wifi отличный,персонал дружелюбный,вид на горы,море -сказка,гостиница недалеко от центра города,есть где погулять по вечерам,шоу+дискотека до 00.00,бар работает до 2.00.На ресепшн работники всегда улыбаются и отвечают на все ваши вопросы,особенно хочу поблогодорить Фирузе-администратора, которая всегда рада помочь.Мы отдыхали с мужем и остались очень довольны уютной обстановкой этой гостиницы...Мы ещё вернёмся Armas Beach👌🧡

Sehr schönes Hotel – absolut empfehlenswert!
​Ich bin mit meiner Wahl absolut zufrieden und habe meinen Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.

​Lage & Anlage: Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Die Hotelanlage ist zwar kompakt, aber sehr gepflegt und schön gestaltet, sodass ich mich dort wirklich gerne aufgehalten habe.

​Strand: Der Strand ist ausgezeichnet. Obwohl das Hotel fast ausgebucht war, habe ich immer problemlos einen freien Platz gefunden.

​Verpflegung: Die Verpflegung war hervorragend organisiert. Zum Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen gab es stets sehr frische und abwechslungsreiche Speisen sowie eine gute Auswahl an alkoholischen und alkoholfreien Getränken.

​Zimmer & Sauberkeit: Mein Zimmer war immer sauber. Die Handtücher wurden alle zwei Tage (oder sogar öfter) gewechselt.

​Service: Ein besonderer Dank gilt der Hotelmanagerin, Frau Firuze. Sie war unglaublich freundlich, jederzeit per Telefon oder WhatsApp erreichbar und konnte praktisch jedes Problem lösen, das während meines Aufenthalts aufkam.
​Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen!

The hotel though being a **** stars, offers the service of a ***** one. We were so grateful to Firuse who took care of our staying even before our coming and during it organised a special dinner in an à la cart fish restaurant. We really enjoyed a cosy and renovated spacious room which was cleaned every day by …… The restaurant cuisine was delicious with a great variety of dishes both national and international including vegetarian food. Special thanks to Kadyr, Maria and Ayana for their service and smiles 😊 What is really important-you can get to the beach just through the hotel area without shuttles that other hotels offer. Food was fresh and good, good choice. Location very good. Good SPA/massage. Very nice manager Firuze, thank you for your exclusive service and attention.

Cons:

It feels like this hotel is orientated to Russian people. Most of the visitors are Russians. People reserve the sunbeds at the beach and not so easy to find a place. Some of them reserve several sunbeds and don't use them.
I was missing GYM, didn't read carefully before I booked, my bad.
Group gym was only in Russian language, but it's ok. Entertainment also was in Russian only, which was a bit sad...
As a single traveller I missed staff attention during the dinner - they place the cooled bottle of vine on each table for self service, but they don't pay attention to the guests who are coming for diner alone. They should ask if the guest would like a glass of vine, but they never do.

It was clean in the room, bed, pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

Beach was the real disappointment: beach is very small and there are too many chairs and they are located so close to each other, so it's almost impossible to go between them and relaxing is not an option there.
9.1 score is too overevaluated, I give 6.0 maximum to this "beach" hotel (if it would have been a city hotel, then it could have got 7.5-8.0 even I think).
Food is more or less ok, 3-4-star level hotel I would say (not 5* for sure).
Blankets are not general ones but feel like big towels which someone probably likes during the hot season.

The location is just fantastic!!! Amazing views!!! Staff was so so welcoming and friendly everywhere!!! Beds are very comfy 😌 Very clean hotel overall 👌🏻

Cons:

Whole experience was centered around Russian tourists- even the food. My wife also told the hotel it was my birthday but all I received was a general WhatsApp message (yet I saw other people get called up on stage & be given a cake).
