Pros:

I stayed at CS Avenue Hotel because of this Swiss Grand Hotel conference, but I think this hotel is a really reasonable choice for guests for academic and business purposes.
I am very satisfied that I can finish my long conference schedule well and go back thanks to smart TVs that provide comfortable rest areas, clean facilities, and various contents. I highly recommend the CSB New Hotel to the conference participants who are looking for accommodation near the Swiss Grand Hotel like me!

Pros:

WiFi was off and on till totally disappeared. The staff did not want to fix it rather asked me to log onto the WiFi of another room.

The toilet was blocked and dirty stuff was everywhere. It smelled so bad that I asked the guy to change room. He rejected and said it was my fault.

The male staff are not polite, actually kind of rude when they do not understand you.

でしたが、以下の理由から厳しい評価をします


1 韓国ではトイレットペーパーを流すことはできませんが、前の宿泊客の使用済みのペーパーがありました
2 前の宿泊客が汚した油の汚れがベッドサイドテーブルにありました
3 コップ類が薄い紙コップのみでした
4 2泊目、特に聞かれることもなく、掃除もタオルの交換もありませんでした。タオルが硬くて薄いので、連続して使うには問題があると思いました
5 シャワーの栓のまわりなど、水アカが多く不潔な印象を持ちました
