The boy at the front desk was just pure joy… He was the most helpful hotel staff I have ever come across - went beyond his duty and was professionalism personified! Also the top floor with 360 degree view was quite magical and the food at the restaurant was very good!

Cons:

Our baby bed was not set up when we got there… The staff were super helpful, but this was annoying after a hard day of travel to sit and wait for it to be set up

Pros:

Chambre vaste avec balcon et salle de bain spacieuse. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la baignoire. Température dans la chambre top ! Par contre, canapé fichu, pas très beau... à changer ! Il manque un petit frigo ainsi qu'un petit miroir grossissant.
Petit déjeuner super ! Personnel très aimable et serviable. Salon sur le top de l'hôtel très bien !

Cons:

Prix exorbitant quand il y a une manifestation (marathon de l'Engadine), c'est clairement exagéré. En plus il faut payer le parking, CHF 12.- par jour....

Bello ma si può migliorare
Pros:

La struttura è ordinata, pulita e confortevole.
La camera era in ordine e funzionale. Forse aggiungerei un bollitore ma era ciò che si aspetta a sils.

Cons:

La colazione e il ristorante.
La colazione viene proposta fino alla 10.30, alle 9.45 non c’era più nulla. Ma soprattutto all’ingresso in sala nessuna accoglienza e quindi chiaramente dubito che sappiano quante persone debbano fare ancora colazione.
Ristorante buona la parte italiana del cibo, scarsa qualità delle zuppe.

Bis auf die leicht mangelhafte Matratze auf meiner Bettseite ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr kompakt alles und gutes Frühstückbuffet. Die Matratze war auf meiner Seite etwas abgenutzt und zu weich. Partplatzmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel gut, aber nicht zugeteilt. Nachtessen im Hotel-Restaurant sehr gut besucht, was für das gute Essen dort spricht.

Cons:

Die Grösse des Zimmers kam auf den Fotos im Internet grösser rüber. Klein und kompakt. Der Lift zu den Zimmern im Hotel war langsam und belastungsanfällig.

Optimale Lokation für Freizeit & Business
Pros:

Hotel war sehr gut zum Skifahren und Kundentermine. Hotelzimmer war sehr schön und gross mit Kaffeemaschine:). Komme gerne wieder.

Cons:

Zum Frühstück hätte ich gerne auch Hafer-Flocken.

Pros:

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Zimmer sind OK. Lage zentral. Frühstück sehr fein. Parkplätze vor dem Hotel oder in der sich in der Nähe befindlichen Tiefgarage für Fr. 12.— pro Tag.

Cons:

Das Personal im Restaurant Riccardos, welches sich im Hotel befindet, hat noch viel Luft nach oben.
