Zum schlafen gut, zum Essen darf man sich etwas anderes gönnen.

Cons:

Das Personal im zugehörigen Restaurant war etwas gar verkaufsorientiert und unangenehm ungeduldig mit uns und anderen Gästen. Zudem wurden die Beziehungen des Personals untereinander spürbar - das fanden wir weder angebracht noch professionell.

Pros:

Lovely quiet room and well trained friendly staff. Good value restaurant with plenty of variety. Excellent breakfast buffet. The location is perfect for access to Sils Maria, lakes and hiking trails.

Das Hotel ligt super zwischen den beiden Seen

Das Restaurant hat nur bis 22.00 Uhr geöffnet
Vor dem Hotel hat es nur begrenzt Platz zum Parkieren

Schönes Hotel an guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, die aber alle nur italienisch und 'touristisches Englisch' sprechen. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Kein Waschlappen im Bad, wie in Italien.

The hotel is clean , quiet location and nice breakfast and friendly reception staff

Cons:

I was not told that I will receive free Engadin tickets . The welcome email from the tourism office only arrived 24 hours after checkin when I already spent more than 60 SFR on buying gondola tickets. If I would have known from the beginning , I could have followed up.
The service in the restaurant is difficult . We sat there waiting for 30 minutes for somebody to take our order including calling the server who frequently passed by our table .. we left after 30 minutes and went to another restaurant .

Sehr gute Lage
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer, gross für Schweizer Verhältnisse. Sehr netter Empfang von Mauro, auch das Restaurant Personal war sehr freundlich. Wenig Parkplätze beim Haus, Platz in der nahen Tiefgarage, 12 Franken zusätzlich
