Very nice relaxing stay.
Pros:

The toilet in my room smelt and appeared blocked i was moved into another room no problem.
Good breakfast great staff

Cons:

If I have to write anything it would be that the socket near the kettle I couldn't plug in the hair-dryer to be near the mirror.

Pros:

Everything. The room was lovely and the view was beautiful. The staff were super friendly, and the location was perfect. We brought two dogs with us who both got a little treat pack which was a lovely extra little touch that was really appreciated. I will be returning very soon.

Nice building and staff but underwhelming facilities

A very well presented building in a nice part of the New Forest with lovely staff.

Cons:

The plumbing needs attention. It is extremely noisy to the point that a neighbor's shower wakes you up as the piped make a . The taps are extremely stiff and the bathroom space to put your personal hygiene products is extremely limited. The pool needs decoration and refurbishing urgently.
The breakfast was underwhelming, bordering the unacceptable. We were booked on the last slot at 9:45 for a continental breakfast. There was no brown bread/toast or pasties or fruit left. We asked if they had a single plain croissant available and they did not, nor did they offer any alternative. No alternative milk/yogurt was available either. I appreciate there was a wedding last night and staff (who were always polite and professional) might have been tired but the above are items that can be taken care by better planning.

Hotel is nice and recommended ( EXCEPT the swimming pool)

Staff, family room are spacious, cosy and nice interior

Cons:

THE SWIMMING POOL - pool walls were moulded and not cleaned, pool are was not warm enough, a window was left opened, broken ceiling, water was salty and not cleaned.

One of the Senior Mgt mentioned hotel is considering to refurbish the pool area.

However, at least they could make an effort to clean mould on regular basis before public using. This was not acceptable !!!

Although pool was disappointing we had the best stay

Loved the location and the rooms
Soft furnishings were so nice

Cons:

We booked it for the pool drive 2 hours to get there , when we went to enter the pool it said it was closed and had been for a couple of days! Receptionists was quite blunt saying it’s closed.
We was told to drive to another hotel and there was no showers.

We’e been there 4 times but we won’t be going again .
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

Our sleep was disrupted with doors slamming. The food was very poor and the staff weren’t very helpful if you could find anyone. And the hotel and the road going to it were in bad , in need of repair .

Lovely stay in a great location. Friendly helpful staff especially Kelly and Shakira.
Pros:

Beautiful building in lovely grounds.

Cons:

Nothing negative about the property just the lane leading to the building. Difficult to drive along in a low sports car with all the potholes.

We were put in a room above the kitchen where the loud extractor fan was very loud and even vibrated the bunk beds until gone 10 pm at night and then started again at 6am which meant my children could not sleep and then was woken up very early
