Note appartement étaient propre et confortable.
La nourriture est bonne et variés. l espace enfant avec les toboggans est très sympa.
Le seul bémol est que le all inclusive n’est pas vrai dans le sens où seulement quelques cooktails sont inclus et pas de soft non gazeux pour les enfants.

Nur geeignet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Auswahl der alkoholischen Getränke bei Allinclusive auf 2 Stück begrenzt. Möchte man was anderes trinken muss man zahlen. Pool überlaufen mit Kindern. Definitiv keine 4 Sterne.

Overall, the area in general is pretty good. You really have to go a few minutes away Drive to start getting into the more interesting parts of the area and there is not a beach at hotel so don’t be confused to think that you’re gonna swim from a white sand beach there. That’s 10 min+ min away. This area has the resort only plus a wonderful restaurant called SA PUNTA next to it. we asked to check in early and gave them several days notice this was a priority and asked if we could even pay extra for this. The messages back were that they would try but when we arrived, it wasn’t possible and they really just didn’t seem to care very much. They said well too bad check-in is at 2 o’clock and will call you if it’s early, but we never got a call. If you have younger kids, this is great if you have kids older than 10 or 11 years old, this might be tough for them because of all the tiny kids around and I mean they are everywhere.

Finally, the room is very basic. There’s no drawers to unpack; kitchen supplies are space. I asked for a wine opener and universal charger - they told me I needed to go like 10 or 15 minutes away to get my own. I can say that they were friendly. However, Service is not up to a 3.5 american hotel standard

They are catering to families who are staying there a week using their all you can eat restaurants.
you are not a young family, who wants an all you can eat restaurant on site and nowhere else to go this will be perfect for you.

Really nice stay, very friendly staff, great food and a good location away from the hustle and bustle. The only thing I would say is we were put in a room with playground right outside the balcony and we didn’t have children with us, but it was ok. Note also, when asked if the hotel provided a transfer from the airport and back we were advised no and recommended to get a taxi at around €100 euros…but in actual fact, the A42 bus from the airport stops right outside the hotel entrance and costs only around €11…it’s so easy to do, especially if you had children with you

La noche estuvo bien pero pedí cama matrimonial y nos dieron separadas, pregunté antes de reservar si el spa estaba muy caliente me dijeron que sí y cuando llegué para mí estaba frío, mallorquines que íbamos a por el spa. Nos pusieron en una habitación con vistas a la piscina infantil mucho ruido de niño. Limpieza, decoración y comida bien.

Title: Disappointing and Unacceptable Treatment
We stayed at Grupotel Mallorca Mar in Cala Bona for 7 days (18/08/2024) on a half-board basis, and our experience was far from satisfactory.

Upon arrival, we were only given a card to show when going to eat, with no further instructions. On the first day, we waited at the entrance of the dining area for five minutes, expecting someone to check us in, but no one came. When we asked a staff member, we were simply told to sit anywhere. This lack of organization set the tone for the rest of our stay.

However, the most distressing incident occurred on the 5th day during dinner. My child, holding a plate of food, was suddenly grabbed by the wrist by the lady in charge of the dining room. She demanded to know where my child's wristband was. My husband, who had just arrived at the table, immediately showed the card, but there was no apology—just a dismissive "Ah, okay." This lady had seen us at breakfast and dinner for five days, yet chose to physically confront a child instead of addressing an adult. Touching someone's child is completely unacceptable, and any professional would know to approach an adult in such situations. If the staff were properly organized, someone should have been at the dining room entrance to check us in.

When I went to the reception to complain, the response was shockingly indifferent. I was told, "Oh, that shouldn’t have happened. Someone should have checked as you arrived." That was it—no apology, no foll

Bel hôtel, personnel d'accueil agréable, belles piscines, belles chambres
Repas bons, pas toujours beaucoup de choix et pas assez varié mais qualité,
Literie très dure mais nettoyage chaque jour est un plus

El buffet, el bar, la piscina y el servicio impecable.

Mycket trevlig och behjälplig personal.
Poolerna uppdelade på olika delar av det stora hotellområdet vilket gör att de med minst barn är på en plats och de med äldre barn på annan plats.

Maten är lite som All-inclusive mat är men ett brett utbud som passar alla.

El hotel es fantástico, todo el personal amable y simpático. Es un sitio estupendo para desconectar , todo muy cuidado y limpio. La comida excelente con una gran variedad.

Qualité des chambres bien, nourriture excessivement grasse et peu qualitative.
Cadre ordinaire accueil et communication à revoir.
Refus de la part de la réception de signer un document pour une prise en charge de mon séjour par mon travail.
Dommage ils ont perdu un client et pour ceux qui ont la possibilité d’avoir une aide par leur travail sachez que cet hôtel refuse catégoriquement d’attester que vous avez séjourné dans l’hôtel.

More of a complex than a hotel, had to drive around twice to find check in.
Dissapointed with communication. reported on the first night that the heating, cooling was not working and the patio door would not lock, these issues were ignored.
Otherwise, very good stay and fantastic choice of food.

Staff were friendly, rooms exceptiinally modern and clean . Food was very impressive , hugely surprised at the quality and variety. The chefs do a grand job ! Would defintely return

3rd visit to this hotel, caters very well for families especially with young chikdren. Large pool areas with plenty of sunbeds. Plenty of choice in the buffet restaurant abd short walk to the resort of Cala Bona

Wij hebben een top tijd gehad bij Grupotel. Het eten is erg uitgebreid en gevarieerd. Voor ieder wat wils. Ook het personeel is erg vriendelijk en de kamer werd dagelijks schoongemaakt. Leuk om met kinderen heen te gaan maar ook zonder kinderen vonden wij het leuk.

Wij tweeen verbleven eind september op basis van HP, ruime keuze in aanbod en elke dag veel variatie. Wij kregen ipv de geboekte standaard kamer , een gratis update naar zeer ruime studio voor 4 personen. Mooi onderhouden resort met meerdere zwembaden. Vnl Duitse-, Engelse- en Nederlandse gezinnen.
Vlak bij het begin van kilometerslange mooie gezellige boulevard met winkels en terrassen lopend van Cala Bona naar Calla Millor.
Streekvervoer bushaltes voor het hotel. Animatie vnl gericht op kinderen. Hotel ligt in een rustige omgeving net buiten centrum Cala Bona. Goede service receptie voor informatie en bij oplossen kamerslotprobleem.
Minpunt voor ons was slechte WIFI en kwaliteit stoelen eetzaal.
