Aucune anticipation sur les manques de café ou de lait dès 9h
Pas grand chose
Déjà à mon arrivée j’ai dû attendre plus d’une heure avant d'avoir une chambre prête, la chambre donnait sur la rue donc pas évident de lever les rideaux au risque d'être vue par ceux de l'extérieur, puis l'éclairage était faible, le frigo ne marchait pas, la TV également pas moyen de suivre le journal ni les informations, j’ai relancé plus de 2 jours sans succès pour avoir un technicien, la douche n'avait pas de flexible pour se laver, au toilette difficulté à tirer la chasse vu que le bouton était cassé, la piscine était sale, petit déjeuner servi sans pain, ascenseur disfonctionnel on a dû prendre les marchés, bref je n'y remettrai plus les pieds, si je n'avais pas déjà payé pour toute la semaine, j’aurai quitté plus tôt

When I booked almost a month and half before time I requested for a shuttle. Since my flight was arriving at 2 am in the morning but on arrival they were no where to be found. I was stranded at the airport. I was snatched by another Hotel shuttle. Too bad, luckily I didn't pay in advance
Breakfast has quality food.
We booked the AirPort shuttle 2 days earlier by phone: they came 1,5 Hours later than agreed (it was 04:00 in the morning and we traveled 15hours to attive here). But the worst was yet to come! At arrival in reception, our rooms were not available. We’ve been sent to the 2Stars Akwa Iin, told us to be patient till h14:00 that our rooms would have been available. But at 14:00 again: rooms not available yet, wait another night. One of the worst experiences in many years of business travel.
Only one remarkable thing was the good quality of the food during the only breakfast we have consumed at arrival.
Pity for the very bad organization they have.
I can not suggest this hotel to anyone, how can you be sure that rooms are available?
By the way Akwa Iin is not so bad, people is nice there, but it’s a cheaper 2 star. Early in the morning there were 3 mouses swimming in the pool. Maybe is normal overnight, I don’t know..
The thing is: We had all confirmations of availability in Akwa Palace and this behavior is not serious.
