Can be noisy
Pros:

I probably would have rated it higher, but it was really noisy due to some youth baseball teams that were staying for a tournament. We were here after my Mom's funeral, so after a tough day, just wanted peace and quiet, not kids running up and down the halls and slamming doors and screaming in the room next door. Tried calling front desk, they said they would take care of it, but didn't. I finally just knocked on the door of the next room and politely explained and asked if they could keep it down and credit to the mom, she kept them quiet the rest of the night. Area seemed safe and room was clean and comfortable. I would probably give it another shot if I'm in town again under different circumstances.

Pros:

A pure joy! From the moment we checked in the service was outstanding. We were upgraded to a large room. It was so nice.

Ideal for Business Traveler for comfortable quiet sleep
Pros:

Great comfortable rooms! Would come back to this hotel next time I come back to Walla Walla!
PRO: quiet comfortable room, was on highest (3rd floor) in King bed, of note, they have rooms with tub and rooms with walk-in shower, gym was nice with weights and treadmill, all equipment was clean and working properly, nice in-house restaurant for breakfast which was overall good but see below for cons, free parking, in-house washer/dryer though I did not use
CON: I did not use pool, but seemed small, pool was indoors and looked like hot tub was outside adjacent to pool; as platinum elite, they gave me $10 voucher per night to use at in-house restaurant for breakfast, which isn't much, but they did let me use 2 vouchers at a time, so even though i stayed 5 nights, i only got breakfast there twice. For $20 can get a breakfast entree and drink (not every entree). If you want a pricier entree, then just get glass of water. 1st day I got oatmeal and coffee, 2nd day I got the omelet (w/glass of water) - both were good for breakfast.

Very enjoyable, clean friendly and close to town
Pros:

It was clean had pool hot tub and restaurant

Cons:

Expensive drinks and room was pricey and would have liked more regular coffee pods and access to drinking water

Top Notch
Pros:

This is easily one of the best Courtyards we have ever stayed at. It's a newer property, very clean and well-maintained. It's also a large property with meeting facilities and an oversized café area. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Service was friendly from everyone - especially Regina at the front desk... sooooo helpful and nice! I would absolutely choose this hotel on a return visit to Walla Walla.

Pros:

Breakfast was okay, eggs actually pretty good. $10 for yogert was pricey

Cons:

Keys needed to be redone as entire hotel had a "software update". A bit of a hassle. This couldn't have been prevented most likely BUT the next day we got locked out of hotel at the outdoor sauna. They never fixed that "key reader" even the day after the software. This was inconvenient for us and other guests.

The beds were beyond uncomfortable, about as comfy as sleeping on a concrete floor.
