The pool wasgood that is it.
Everything - expensive for what it is .Hotel tired , some rooms very small and no AC so very hot. Staff on reception not up to the job.
location, setting, pool.
Mattress was far too soft and old with cheap/collapsed open coil springs internally. I slept on the kids bunk beds which were firmer and more supported, but the small metal frame meant I couldn't fit properly and hitting the metal every time I turned, but it was still better than the marshmallow experience.
Location
Filthy sticky handrails - especially on way to the pool. Pool was murky and felt very unclean. Sauna was broken. The place was dated.
Nice having the pool
Good location
Room was so tiny. Not big enough for two And too hot. There was a fan but was so noisy. Sounded like it was about to break at any moment
Lovely location. Nice staff.
Up and down stairs to pool.
niets bezonders
Great location and friendly staff
Staff were very friendly and accommodating for dogs
A little tired in places. May be overpriced for one night stay
Lovely building, friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast- loved the compote. EV charging points. Easy walk into Lyndhurst. Crisp white sheets.
Nothing
pool was convenient and good size
The location is great, good local pubs, a lovely park, peaceful and very local to the town.
There was a funny smell in the bedroom which made it uncomfortable to sleep in.
Location snd friendly staff.
The shower was very poor and I ordered a breakfast and the waitress forgot to tell the kitchen.I was waiting ages for it and it never arrived.By that time I was ready to leave and eat in the town.
Location
Staff was not very helpful. Breakfast pastries finished by 9 and were not replenished even though breakfast was till 10am
Easy to get to and was a lot of space. Had a good tv
Shower and cupboards had black mould. Bathrooms need update, shower in the bath was to low and curtain was cramped. Did not look like photos
Brilliant staff, really kind and helpful. Pool very good. Good breakfast.Excellent location.
Few problems in the room. Plug in bath and sink didn’t work.
