What a shame that we could not get any sleep 2 of the 3 nights that we booked. Very loud music from the bar until 1am, followed by loud guests in the hallways banging doors in the middle of the night. The hotel definitely is charming but they treat hotel guests as secondary compared to bar guests. Definitely not recommended for people looking to get some rest at night.

Other than that the breakfast was really good and the pool are was nice. Average clean, especially the carpet in the rooms. Our room has a strong cigarette smell when we checked in.

Lots of potential but does not meet 4-star expectations in my opinion.

Sehr schönes, sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel. Der Garten ist sehr schön bepflanzt und gepflegt. Der Gaming-Kasten ist super gut gedacht. Der Pool ist sauber. Die Umgebung sehr schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig.

Planned 4 quiet days at the river of Siagne, close to the beach and close to the center of Mandelieu. However, on Friday night we were unable to sleep due to loud discotheque until 2 am. Call it a rave party! Not the place to be with family. Where is the hotel staff?

Super nice staff, the room was quite spacious and comfortable. Check-in instructions were a but unclear, though: we arrived to the front desk before the "cut-off" time and it was already closed, there was a number and that number wouldn't answer. So we were waiting without any clue or being able to speak to anyone for about 20-30 minutes. Finally, I walked over to the restaurant area and someone there was able to help. Prices were very reasonable all around for food and breakfast. The apertivo was 10/10. Also, I was surprised that they charge extra to use the pool. Overall, though, it wa a good stay for 1 night as we drove from S. of France down to Naples.

L’année dernière, notre séjour avait été exceptionnel. Le patron était au top, très à l’écoute et chaleureux. Cette année, c’est une toute autre ambiance : aucun sourire, pas même un bonjour. On avait l’impression d’avoir affaire à une personne complètement différente.

Le personnel saisonnier semble malheureusement peu formé au métier de l’hôtellerie. Ils changent constamment de poste : un jour à l’accueil, le lendemain au bar ou en salle. Ce manque de stabilité se ressent dans le service, qui manque cruellement de professionnalisme.

Côté propreté, on est loin du standing attendu. Fenêtres, miroirs et VMC ne sont pas nettoyés, ce qui donne une impression générale peu soignée, proche d’un hôtel 2 étoiles.

Le petit déjeuner, autrefois un vrai point fort, est devenu très basique, presque “meskin”. C’est vraiment dommage, car l’établissement en lui-même est magnifique et aurait beaucoup de potentiel avec une meilleure gestion.

I don't understand how this place can have 4 stars. Our room was located in the ground floor (with a big terrace but unable to use it as it was cover of spiderweb, dead flies, spiders and all kind of bugs) .
The room was spacious, however it had a disgusting smell of poop. The carpet was filthy and full of stains. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, the shower floor was sticky and full of what I believe was shampoo from the previous guess.

That night we planned to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant, but It was closed due to a private event so I asked the lady at reception if she could make an exception and let us order food for my 18 months to which she replied rudely " it wasn't her problem and that I would have to figure it out" (noted that there are not restaurants near by).
The staff has an overall unfriendly attitude if French isn't your first language.

Breakfast looked decent until I tried the Ham. The slice I served myself was off or about to.

We only stayed one night and moved out to a real hotel.

Let's do the positive first. Hotel looks cool, and I love the style! No big breakfast buffet, but the food was really good. The scrambled eggs: best I ever had! But if you want just 1 egg, note that you must boil it yourself in the boiler. Many of us did not notice that, so some raw eggs were cracked. Valentine/Valentina at front desk was exeptional! Very serviceminded and genuine!
She deserve to work in a better place though, cause here comes the negative.
I first got a room filled with the smell of poop!
Was told they sometimes had issues with ventilation, but they could give me a machine to fix it. I didn't want it, so I got a new room on ground floor. Supernice room with a little sitting area outside! However, at one point I had 2-3 guys right outside lurking around picking up stuff from the ground. Not a problem, but I could hear them as if they were in my face. But the worst part was finding a pile of sand with lots of ants crawling on it, inside the room, close to my bed!! And it was clear the whole line underneath the sliding door had not been cleaned in ages! Of course I wanted a new room, and Valentina showed me one two doors away. Nice room, but how could that be any different. So it ended with the ant room and filling it with lots of bugs spray.
The room also had wall to wall carpets and it was clearly not well vacuumed as later on I found several proofs of it, as well as hairs in shower and trash can not emptied from last guest. As I have astma and severe dust allergies, the next day I woke up almost voiceless, not able to breathe properly and with a closed nose as the room was still filled with the bug spray in evening and no windows. (I did not want to keep the sliding doors open as on ground floor and other bugs). So second night I went back to the first room on second floor so I at least could have balcony door open and breathe.
Would not go back here unless they remove wall to wall carpet in all rooms and start cleaning the rooms properly.
(Of course I asked for a carpet free room, but there were none left)

Bon accueil. Serviettes de toilettes un peu fatiguées : trou, effilochage.
Mise à disposition de thé inexistante.
Confort maxi.de la literie. Propreté irréprochable. Accueil au petit déjeuner trop restreint mais qualité du buffet très correct.

I booked Casarase in June 2024 for a weeks visit in June 2025. I obtained a really good price for booking a year in advance and didn't have to pay a deposit. The hotel confirmed my booking and I asked if they organised airport transfers and they said yes, so I confirmed that I would be back in touch nearer the time. I then bookrd my BA flights. I emailed in January 2025 to book and pay for my transfers and they replied they had cancelled my booking as they had a conference for three days ant they had emailed in August 2024 to tell me, but I did not receive the email - I religiously check my junk mail several times a day! They did not try and offer me any comprise which I found very strange.

The annoying thing was, the hotel was still offering accommodation on their website for the exact dates of my booking at 2.5 times the price, and they are still offering rooms at the advantageous price of my booking for next year.

Has anyone else had this experience? I think the hotel cancels bookings once they are full and then lets the rooms at double the price.

I have booked rooms as an independant traveller for 40 years and never had this problem. I was left very dissapointed and two airline tickets.

Séjour confortable, lieu agreable et personnel accueillant

WOW! Absolutely perfect! Could not fault any part of the hotel. It's funky, fun and relaxed! Just what we wanted in a perfect location and the comfort of the bed was to die for! Absolutely the best bed we have ever slept in.
The breakfast was wonderful, cocktails strong and lovely!!!! Staff were fab, some speak English, some don't but it was nice to test out my french!
The location itself was perfect and we walked into Cannes most days, swam in the sea even though it was the end of November!!
Transfer by car was quoted $160 so we went by train for $19 return for both of us!! then a lovely 25 minute walk to the hotel.
Cannes is expensive but we know that! However, worth every penny.

Hôtel très beau à l extérieur, déco superbe même à la réception. Chambres très très vieillissante on sent qu’on a fait du neuf sur du vieux , carrelage baignoire complètement cassé, deux mouchoirs dans la boîtes , cendres de cigarette sur la terrasse, cheveux sur serviettes de toilettes, télé qui ne fonctionnait pas et le réceptionniste qui nous dit : ça vous permettra une soirée detox !!! Le culot ! Et restaurant fermé le soir de notre arrivée et non précisé. Très déçue nous avions choisi cet hôtel car recommandé et suite familiale très bien agencée mais malgré notre déception pour la télé et le restaurant aucun geste commercial (sur le parking payant par exemple) ni même un : tout s ets bien passé ? Very friendly staff - but internet very slow and would not connect on my Maxlegen laptop - only had email on my iPhone which restrictive for me.
