Triada Palm Springs, Autograph Collection

Great location in the design area of Palm Springs. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping! Beautiful 1920’s renovated hotel. Our room was huge, decorated in updated MCM style. Spanish architecture. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Had breakfast at the small limited menu restaurant, it was good, with lunch ordered the next day at the pool. Wonderful service all around. Friendly, knowledge staff. Kevin, one of the valets, had many stories about the history of the hotel, the celebrities who have stayed there and rat pack parties back in the days. Enjoyed every aspect of our stay!

We have just returned from our trip to Palm Springs and want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Denise at the Triada Palm Springs Hotel. This was our first visit to Palm Springs and from the moment we arrived Denise made us feel welcome. She was an amazing resource for restaurant recommendations, hotel information, and tourist sites that we shouldn't miss !
The hotel is a short walk to great restaurants and shopping.
Denise is so friendly, personable and professional and really the model for hospitality! Thank you Denise- we will be back !

Everyone at Triada made an effort to go above and beyond so that we could have a pleasant stay! Jessica and her team Ms. B, Cara, Alessandra and Ricky were the ones we interacted with most, who were all extremely genuine, knowledgable and service-oriented. Would definitely stay here again. Plus it's easily walkable to all of the best downtown spots.

A boutique hotel with an incredible staff who make the stay sublime. All the employees are so kind and caring, you will not want to leave! From Christiana and Danielle and Taran, who serve impeccably at reception to Ms. B, and the rest of the sweet waitstaff as well as Kevin and Scott who serve as bell and park staff, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts!

This property is a hidden gem with an old Hollywood vibe. I love that it is just a short walk to great shops and restaurants. The friendly staff, especially Jessica at the front and Robert at the bar, helped me with all of my requests and gave wonderful recommendations for local spots.

We’re back again! This little property is in a great location at one end of downtown. The weather was unseasonably cool and a bit rainy but the pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature. We love having breakfast by the pool and our favourite bartender/server Ricky was there. It was so nice to see you again, you always make us feel so welcome. The room was comfortable and because it’s a pretty small property all rooms are just steps to the pool.

I haven’t had customer service experience like this in forever. When I first pulled up the valet (Kevin) was so nice. I didn’t have room booked yet, but I was looking to see if I could book, and get my room early. Kevin told me it was fine to leave my car and go inside to talk to the front desk. I met Cara at the front desk and she also was very kind. She even offered to show me the room I was looking at online before I booked because I was unsure of which room to get. It’s always nice when people are kind to you. I will stay here again. Thanks!

Robert was a great host at the bar. He made the property and anticipated exactly what we would want. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Before arriving we had a complex reservation with 3 rooms but I emailed with Jessica at the property and she made everything run smoothly and with no stress- exactly what we were looking for. This is your place if you want to be central and well taken care of.

Our breakfast was delicious and the service was outstanding! Thank you Ms B and Juan! Denise - at the front desk - was very helpful!

We had a great time at the Triada for our post Christmas break but the star of the show was Robert at the bar who took excellent care of us during our stay

If you find yourself at the Triada, do yourself a favor and sit at Robert’s bar. He is the kind of bartender you don’t come across often — kind, compassionate, and genuinely invested in making every guest feel welcome. His energy is calm, attentive, and effortless, and you can tell he truly loves what he does.

On top of being an incredible human, Robert is a master of his craft. His specialty drinks are on another level, each one balanced, creative, and made with real intention. And his signature Hulkinator deserves its own spotlight — bold, vibrant, and unbelievably smooth, it’s the kind of drink you remember long after you’ve left. It’s easily one of the best specialty cocktails I’ve had anywhere.

Robert is a standout, and the Triada is lucky to have him. I’ll absolutely be back.

Always a great time here. Had the pleasure of Mrs B being our server and she was amazing and so personable. Valet service is always so fancy.

Our first time in Palm Springs and we selected Marriott’s Triada hotel. If I could give this hotel and its staff more than 5 stars, I would!
Cara was not only very personable, but very professional as well, a perfect first impression envoy for Marriott! Our first breakfast was a delight. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but Ms B, who served us was a captivating server….personality plus! We loved her all three mornings! Credit also goes to Juan, the chef for beautifully presented breakfast! Don’t even hesitate to stay here……Marriott Triada is a winning combination!
