The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and helped with so many details and kind touches - from organising taxis and a balloon ride to delivering food to our room to putting rose petals on the bed! The place is wonderful - the unique and tasteful decor, the surprising rooms, the generous bathroom size, comfortable beds and gorgeous pool. We had the Majorelle suite and I highly recommmend it - it has a private plunge pool which is so relaxing after a hot day, and really felt like our own private oasis. We saw the other rooms though and I think they each have real personality and charm and you would be happy in any of them. There is a bar and restaurant open all day which is so convenient. Nice touches like a coffee machine in the room is a great start to the day. We loved the garden and the resident cats and tortoises ! We extended our stay by a night too.
Fabulous space . Stunning pool area and lovely rooms - they all have character and wonderful bathrooms and wardrobes too! Personality around every corner. A real oasis.
The location is a bit remote but once you are inside it’s just perfect!
Établissement très joli, typique, calme, propre, confortable. Le personnel est très sympathique et au petit soin pour vous. Piscine très belle et très propre. Les chambres sont grandes, belles, propres et confortables. La cuisine est délicieuse et les petits déjeuner sont copieux et très bon. Le service de navettes gratuites pour la place est vraiment très pratique.

Le riad est magnifique, la chambre spacieuse, le personnel accueillant, le restaurant un bon rapport qualite prix.
L'arrivée au riad est assez surprenante, l'accès à la piscine pas toujours très reposant avec les enfants des clients.
Nous avons beaucoup aimé le calme de l’établissement. L’endroit est très agréable, parfait pour se reposer et se déconnecter. Nous avons apprécié l’ambiance paisible ainsi que le cadre très sympa.
Nous avons moins apprécié la qualité du petit déjeuner. Le choix était très limité et la qualité des produits n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes.
Très bel établissement, les chambres sont superbes, patio grandiose, énormément de charme.
L'hôtel n’est pas très loin de Marrakech mais au calme. (L’hote met une navette gratuite à disposition pour rejoindre le centre, et éviter les complications de parking)

De wijk waar het gelegen is, is nog in ontwikkeling. Maar het hotel is zo geweldig dat je niet buiten hoeft!
We had been twice before nearly 20 years ago and it held special memories....feared it may not live up to these but was as romantic, atmospheric and well run as before......the pictures ,whilst impressive, don't capture the full magic of the place
The staff are terrific, well motivated and friendly.....a little 20 mins from Marrakech but a serenely quiet place to unwind after any excursions. If you like something out of the ordinary and tired to modern hotel chains......this will amaze you
Important to know that the hotel is very animal friendly .....so if you are allergic to cats....be warned
