Chambre confortable mais mauvais petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuné, c’était pas bon du tout. Du miel qui n’était pas du vrai miel, ça avait plutôt l’air de sirop de glucose, de l’huile d’olive de mauvaise qualité, un comme tous les produits disponible dans le buffet, et sinon dans la globalité, c’était pas bon du tout… c’est le gros point négatif de l’hôtel, surtout pour une chambre payée à plus de 140€ à l’extérieur de Marrakech.

Prachtige luxe en een echt 5 sterren hotel
Pros:

Het was een fantastisch hotel met liefde en aandacht voor personeel en dieren. Het is schoon en er is echt luxe. Ook de bedden waren voor het eerst zacht en we hebben fantastisch geslapen in een gigantische kamer met bad. We zouden absoluut weer hier boeken.

Cons:

Je komt binnen via een wijk die veel armoede kent waardoor je eerst even schrikt van de locatie. Maar de mensen waren vriendelijk en niks vervelends mee gemaakt terwijl we daar laat op de avond toch over straat hebben gewandeld.

Pros:

Le cadre très typique et le centre du Riad avec la piscine et la décoration autour.
La chambre spacieuse et confortable.
Le personnel à l’écoute et disponible.
Les petits déjeuner gourmands avec des msemens de qualité .
Le calme permanent, la tranquillité.

Cons:

Rien dans l’établissement.
J’aurais aimé que les alentours ( le village ) soit un peu plus propre. Les habitants jettent beaucoup de déchets et ne font pas attention. Le décor naturel est pourtant sublime .

Very friendly stay! Great staff and traditional facilities
Pros:

The staff was really friendly. Restaurant also quiet nice, with good local food. The facilities are traditional. Different if you compare with european standard but very nice for the local context.

Cons:

Internet in the room was not consistent. Location was good for me because I went to see a football match in the stadium nearby but for those who travel to see the city is not so central.

Really authentic property with wonderful staff who make you feel part of the family.
Pros:

Wonderful atmosphere, huge bedroom with private terrace. All staff were exceptional. Food very good if a bit limited.

Cons:

The plumbing was a bit suspect and the property needs perhaps a refresh. The distance to the city is a bit limiting; you need to really plan your day.

Pros:

L hôtel est magique ,authentique dans ses bâtiments et son atmosphère. Un bel endroit pour faire une pause du bruit de Marrakech. La cuisine est délicieuse et le personnel très tres sympathique. Les chambres sont grandes et on trouve de nombreuses terrasses et petits salons dans l établissement..

Cons:

Les aboiements des chiens la nuit..
Le refus d un petit café à 6h 30 le matin du départ !
Je regrette toutes les poubelles dès que l on met le nez à l extérieur dans le village..

Strongly I recommend if you want to fully rest and relax
Pros:

Pool cleaned on daily bases and it was spot on. Crystal clean water. In October temperature was perfect when outside was 33 deg. Breakfast simple, but big enough and fulfilling till lunch. Really good home made dinner dishes.
For cats lover, this is right place

Place is a little remote, but hotel provide free shuttle to Marrakech,

Pros:

La bâtisse est magnifique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.
Le lieu est tranquille.
Le restaurant et les employés de celui-ci se sont montrés adorables. La nourriture était bonne.
La piscine au top et vraiment un plus pour se détendre quand il fait si chaud.
La présence des petits chats.
Système de navettes proposé le matin et le soir "gratuitement". Les chauffeurs étaient au top. Merci à eux pour ces moments de partage lors de nos nombreux trajets !
Merci également à Philippe qui a toujours été soucieux de notre bien-être lors de ce séjour.

Cons:

Les receptionnistes ne sont pas toujours très agréables et nous font bien comprendre que ce sont eux qui décident.

Transfert de l'aéroport à l'hôtel et vice versa cher.

Le lieu est très beau et reposant, parfait pour passer quelques jours hors du temps
On peut manger sur place et la nourriture est bonne

Cons:

Un peu loin de la médina de Marrakech
C'est bien sûr précisé et il y a une navette par jour proposée, sinon aucun soucis pour organiser un transfert avec chauffeur avec frais supplémentaire
