The slide card did not work in the door so security had to let me in. Every time when I returned. The safe in the room did not work right. The hot water in the shower only got warm. Not the best place I have ever stayed for that price. It was a quit location. Easy to catch trike or taxi with short walk. Good location for what I needed to do in Cebu.

It is a strange place, basically down a long alley in a nondescript part of Manduae. The staff were lovely and the hotel (more of a motel) was very quiet at night. It had kitchen, a rangehood but no stove, no microwave, had cups and saucers but no coffee or tea to put in them. It had a nice bathroom and they provided a range of free toiletries, the bed was comfortable and everything worked ok. I didn't go into the pool but it looked good for a hot day.

New hotel, very few (if any) other guests there when I stayed for one night as a stopover. It's not far to the airport but taxi drivers don't know where it is so make sure you have directions or the telephone number of the hotel reception to give your driver directions. Treadmill in the gym should be avoided - it is clearly not used very often and as a result unsafe.

Good Hotel. Had a big refrigerator. Good cleaning. And good staff. Only negative is that it is hard to find.

A hangar looking MOTEL in the midst of other real hangars in a challenging location (industrial), far from anything; the closest restaurants are 800 meters away (according to me and Google Maps) -a challenging walk through a very busy road, busy with heavy traffic, and without any side walk, and, at night, there are hordes of stray dogs (apparently harmless). True the "suites" are clean, well appointed and comprehensive (but mine did not have any cooking facility nor a microwave, but that did not bother me). What bothered the most is that I moved from a normal decent hotel in a great location to this one to make use of the swimming pool only to find out that their swimming is a PRANK: A shallow basin no bigger than 2 X 6 meters (about 6 ft by 20 ft). I was the only one using it and still felt "crowded". Two adults will never fit in there. All in all, if you will be spending your entire day outside and only returning there to sleep then this place is fine. It is meant to be a residence (for those with their own means of transportation) and not a hotel for tourists.

Great place. Though it was good to be away from the crowds from the weekend, it was too far from anywhere to eat or dine. They gave us flyers for fast food though. Pool was small but it's okay. Place was peaceful. Will stay again soon too chill.

Clean and true to the pictures that are posted, this is a very good choice for the Business Traveller BUT this is not a good place if you are on Vacation or a Honeymoon as we were. It is well away from anything that would be considered as Entertainment down a dusty Industrial road, which comes off a very busy road with no sidewalks. Nothing is close and the walk to the McDonald's was a Life Insurer's Nightmare. We had prepaid for 4 Nights and stayed only 1. Choose carefully.

This is my worst hotel experience. I nearly die in there. Worst management possible. It's raining, i got dirty, came back to hotel, when I was my feet, i got electricuted. Yes, nearly die. I found out later that the management already know that there is a electricity leak but the guard didn't inform me when I come back. They say that we just can't shower for a few days. After that they want us to wear shoes when showerjng. Terrible hotel

We stayed there for one night coz we had things to fix near of.
Chek in very long, lot of papers to sign, deposit in cash and still no glasses in the rooms...

The room is really good, clean and well organized. The commum areas are well maintained. The only negative point is the location, little far from main things and the streets around are very dark.

Cozy little place away from the hustle and bustle. Pool as shown in photo is not suitable as a lap pool. Too small/short. Good for kids though.

You need to take some snacks foods with you. It is a bit off the beaten track bit only by about 200 yards or so.

Good clean no frills place.

I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were comfortable and the service staff were very professional. The air-conditioning was so cold at night that I thought I was back in the USA.The bathrooms were beautifully designed. The WiFi was the only problem, it was always weak mostly throughout the day. I was on the ground floor and the signal worked okay late at night but other than that, My was excellent.

Excellent service, rooms were clean. The front office and guard were friendly and helped with getting a taxi. Definitely worth it.

They need to have a better WiFi and more of Hbo and movie channels

I spent a week here on my first visit to Cebu. The Apartelle itself is off a side road and taxis will not be familiar with the location, so ensure you obtain directions prior to your trip. The staff was extremely accommodating. The wifi was decent (not great), with an SSID per floor. The facility was kept very clean and is gated. Be aware that if you intend to prepare meals in your room there is an up-charge for a single burner stove and rice cooker. Overall pleased with my stay although it is a bit of a trek (or short taxi ride) from malls etc. The neighborhood itself is typical of what I saw outside of CBD and business parks, so be aware of that. The pool was closed for cleaning the majority of my stay, but as the pictures depict, it is rather small.

We loved our stay here. They have a very hospitable, accommodating staff. We loved the room and the bed and also the kiddie pool. We would love to stay here again.
