The only reason you might want to stay here is because of it's convenience.
Pros:

It was a convenient location and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

The hallways were not clean. The little seating area outside the elevator on the 5th floor remained uncleaned with crumbs on the table. The hallways were not vacuumed and I noticed the same pill/medication and paper scraps over the 2 days we were there.
Our room was not clean. The coffee maker was dusty as was the mirror behind it. On the other hand, there was a heavy bleach smell when we walked into the room.
We went down to pick up a little breakfast at the hotel's market at about 10am. There were no breakfast foods left. Just cookies, chips, mac & cheese. We were told sorry it's all gone. We were quite disappointed.

Disappointing in service and facilities
Pros:

Comfy beds.

Cons:

Facilities are old and need updating. Black tarry substance ground into carpet, hard to get basics like soap. Need to request reset of room from housekeeping a minimum of 24 hours in advance which would be prior to your check in! You will get multiple texts asking if your room is okay and if you need anything but it is not a text chain you can respond to, meaning it’s only annoyance and interruption in your life- performative help rather than actual assistance.
