Patricia was working at the front desk. She was exceptional. She answered all her questions she tried to help us out with Room selection whatever she was capable of doing she did and my friend and I are not hard to please kind of people as long as we gotta clean fresh room good service my main reason for booking this room for was a friend who was visiting me from Oshawa and swimming pool was something we were both looking forward to because we always swim together or at least I tried to swim ;) any of my future friends or family comes over I will always rent a room from you guys. Thank you.
Everything was good no issue
This hotel is situted just 5 mins from the London International airport for those that are flying in or out the next day. it is also located close to lots of restuarants, gas stations, shopping , etc. in the local area.
The hotel itself is very clean, quiest & comfortable, offering a pool, fitness room & free daily breakfast to all guests. As well the staff were all very helpful & friendly during our stay.
I would highly recommend checking it out if you are travelling through or out of the London, ON. area..
The front desk reception was excellent and very friendly and knowledgable....Racelle is very good at her job on the front desk, i will recommend this Best Western location.

The standard breakfast was simple but very nice and much appreciated.
Great convenient features, like the EV charging stations and the ice dispensers on the floors.
While the room was okay, the housekeeping could be improved (some details were missed).
One of the EV chargers was out of order, which was a bit inconvenient.
There was no water fountain available for guests to refill bottles.
