Parking and Shuttle available
Pros:

Parking for $30 for a week, free shuttle to and from airport, call when you are ready to return to hotel, shuttle 5 minutes away. Rooms were clean, hot breakfast ready by 6am. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Did not like anything.. Actually cancelled the room and went elsewhere after looking at 3 different, distgusting rooms. Blood on wall and nightstand in one room. Hair and chips on all 3 rooms pull-out couches. Dirty bathrooms as well

l Unfortunately, overall, we paid far too much for the condition of the hotel.
Pros:

The location was convenient. My daughter had a competition, and this was the closest hotel to the venue.

the woman who was restocking towels and brought extra towels to our room was extremely kind and friendly. I wish I had gotten her name, she had blonde hair.

Cons:

the hotel felt old and outdated. The carpets were stained, and the pool area had black mold. I could tell the rooms were cleaned well, but the issues went beyond cleaning new carpets and updates to the pool area are needed. There was also an old smell throughout the property.

It was close to what we needed during our stay, staff were friendly, and room was clean.

Cons:

Overpriced for the stay. The pool was crowded, and dining our stay there was a hockey team of young children, and from the moment we walked in, children were running around the lobby, hallways, and main areas. This went on all day/night. Nothing was done or said to them.

Very pleasant would stay again when visiting London.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

Parking was challenging as it was very disorganized but it could have been due to the snow. I think quite a few were park and fly so maybe they should have designated areas for that and leave the front area for current customers.

Noisy, fun pool.

Close to fairgrounds. Pool

Cons:

Too much noise. Could hear everything. Including the couple doing it in the room next to us and people in the halls just talking normal. Why was there no soundproofing. Buffet options sucked. Didn’t use our passes
