A stylish and luxurious stay in a prime location, highlighted by outstanding service and unforgettable rooftop views.
Pros:

Elegant hotel with an excellent central location just steps from the Duomo and surrounded by lively streets. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The amenities and washrooms were top-notch, and the arrangement of a nearby garage parking spot was smooth and convenient. The rooftop restaurant was a must-visit — being on the top floor with breathtaking views was a fantastic bonus and truly elevated our experience.

Cons:

The tram passes directly in front of the hotel, which can cause some noise, especially for those planning to sleep early. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a special discounted rate at the rooftop restaurant for hotel guests.

Super pour 2 nuits!
Pros:

L'accueil était top avec des explications claires, le hall est bien grand, propre. L'hôtel est très bien situé car à proximité de la cathédrale, de la gallerie et autres monuments. De plus il y a beaucoup de boutiques de vêtements ou de boutiques pour s'alimenter, il y a des transports, taxis, uber, métro juste à côté c'est top pour tout faire et pour apprécier la ville

Cons:

J'aurai aimé une propreté irréprochable et aussi on voit que les meubles et/ou les équipements sont usés et/ou tâchés (usure)
Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de couverture supplémentaire type plaid car j'ai eu bien froid la nuit!
