L'habitació era molt àmplia, ben provista d'articles de bany, aigua i snacks renivats a diari, cafe, té, etc., el llit molt còmode.
L'esmorzar excel.lent, molt ben assortit i amb un personal amabilíssim, igual que la resta de personal de l'hotel.
Ens hem sentit molt a gust.

personeel megavriendelijk ...alles nog goed verzorgd maar ietswat verouderd . Ik herinner me meer dan 10 jaar geleden,toen betaalde ik veel meer maar behoorde dit hotel als een tophotel ..nu niet echt het meest hippe hotel maar best goed verzorgd en prijs kawliteit zeker ok ...stuk verlaagd in prijs maar zou er ook niet meer aan kunnen geven .

Deze info is voor hotel zelf bedoeld ,wens niet dat dit gepubliceerd wordt! rest van info trouwens ook niet,was niet duidelijk bij jullie vraagstelling !

cfr hierboven positieve en het mindere ..beschouw het als opbouwende kritiek !

A stylish and luxurious stay in a prime location, highlighted by outstanding service and unforgettable rooftop views.
Pros:

Elegant hotel with an excellent central location just steps from the Duomo and surrounded by lively streets. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The amenities and washrooms were top-notch, and the arrangement of a nearby garage parking spot was smooth and convenient. The rooftop restaurant was a must-visit — being on the top floor with breathtaking views was a fantastic bonus and truly elevated our experience.

Cons:

The tram passes directly in front of the hotel, which can cause some noise, especially for those planning to sleep early. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a special discounted rate at the rooftop restaurant for hotel guests.
