La ubicacion es excelente y buen la habitacion

Cons:

El servicio del consierge y de la recepcion paracia que les estabas haciendo un favor, para todo y lo peor es que les pedi que me reservaran un taxi para el dia que me iba al aeropuerto me dijeron que no podian reservarlo y que me ofrecian un servicio de ellos que valia 132 Euros al aeropuerto de Linate cuando el precio promedio es de 35 a 40 Euros!!! tuve que pedirle el favor a un amigo que vive en Milan que hablara y me reservara el taxi y me costo 40 euros. La verdad se me hace un robo que hagan eso con los clientes.

Pros:

The staff was excellent. Out of there way to provide excellent restaurant choices.

Cons:

Just a little disappointed with the Rooftop bar service. Could not get a 2nd drink and the lounge area to the right was off limits for some reason.

Cons:

Yeterli temizlik ürünleri ve insanı ihtiyaçları günlük çok az limitte karşıladı. Örneğin tuvalet kağıdının bittiğini biz söyledik. İnsanı ihtiyaç olan su günlük çok az miktarda odaya konmuştu. Ayrıca karton şişelerde 200 ml olan suların adedine 4 euro istediler.

Pros:

Great hotel. Spacious room, all amenities, friendly staff, great roof lounge and restaurant. Excellent location - in the middle of everything, but very quiet.
