Poor Standard of Apartment and Staff Communication
Pros:

Location was great, very near to the Old Town and next door to a lovely park.
Good size apartment with comfortable beds, plenty of linen + towels.

Cons:

Unfortunately we had a major problem with one bathroom during our stay which did not get resolved despite our attempts to get the owners to address it. Luckily we had a 2nd bathroom, but this wasn't ideal with 4 adults. Their communication was bad, the smell indicated possible sewer problems but they did not take it seriously enough, and just threw bleach down the drains. Having finally admitted they needed to get it properly investigated by professional drain specialists on our final day, the very next day they're chasing us to checkout so they can get it ready for the next clients. Not impressed!The apartment did not match my expectations, the photos are misleading too making everything look brighter than it was. The photos cover all apartments in the block so it's hard to know which apply. Window handles were lose, the coffee machine didn't work properly as pods kept getting trapped, the base of one fan was completely broken. Bathroom tile repairs were unsightly. In general, it needs an update, and a good clean as many surfaces were quite dirty.

Excellent location. Roomy apartment. Having a fan in each room was wonderful!!!!! I’d give this place a 10/10 just for having a fan to cool off at night while sleeping. Walking distance to train station, if needed. Very clean place.

Cons:

We enjoyed everything. No complaints. No suggestions.

Das es zwei Badezimmer gab.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer hatte kein Fenster und eine Belüftung gab es nicht. Ein undefinierbarer Geruch ließ sich daher nur schwer aus dem Bad entfernen.
