Ein durch und durch geglückter Aufenthalt mit aufmerksamem Service und grossartigem Frühstück an bes
Pros:

Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und liebevoll zubereitet (selbst gemachte Marmelade). Service sehr freundlich, lässt sich nicht aus der Ruhe bringen, auch bei vollem Saal nicht, gute Stimmung. Frühstückssaal sehr liebevoll gestaltet mit trompe-l‘oeil-Malereien (italienische Sujets).

Angenehme Tage in einem gemütlichen Hotel
Pros:

Das kleine Stadthotel hat ein besonderes Ambiente, es ist sehr gemütlich. Unser Zimmer in der 5. Etage war groß, schön und komfortabel. Kleinigkeiten (Regenschirm, Kaffeezubereitungsmöglichkeiten, Korb mit Badeutensilien, Badeentchen, etc.) zeigten, dass der Gast willkommen ist. Der Frühstücksraum hat eine wunderbare Atmosphäre und das Frühstück war hervorragend. Hervorzuheben ist auch die Lage des Hotels. 10 Minuten Fußweg zum 'Bahnhof und in die Innenstadt, tolle Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Besonders gut hat uns die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aller MitarbeiterInnen gefallen. Wir haben uns im Hotel Alpha sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bei einem Besuch in Hannover immer wieder gern dort wohnen, zumal auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Es gab überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln!!!

Pros:

Das unser Koffer bis zum Aufzug gebracht wurde,
Die unkomplizierte Abwicklung,,auch für ältere Menschen händelbar,die Austattung,es blieb kein Wunsch offen,sogar eine Wärmflasche stand bereit,
Außer persönlichen Beautysachen und Kleidung kann man alles zuhause lassen.

Wir haben da nur eine Nacht verbraucht aber sind voll zufrieden und wenn dazu kommt werden wir es

Das Zimmer klein aber gemütlich, das Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße die Nacht war aber sehr ruhig, das Frühstuck ist super, man bekommt alles was man braucht und schmecken tut es auch.

Cons:

Leider hat das Hotel keinen eigenen Parkplatz.

Super clean, quiet and comfortable family hotel.
Pros:

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. I had an economy double in the annex building, which looked out over green gardens. Huge shower room.

Cons:

Minor point: the tea bags etc were not replenished every day as is their policy- c'mon this is not good!
