Avoid this hotel if you want your reservations honored. We booked a Suite three weeks early for New Year’s, but at check-in, they gave us a small Deluxe room. The staff was incredibly rude, essentially telling us to 'take it or leave it' because they were overbooked. Knowing everywhere else was full, they left us with no choice but to stay in an inferior room. Disgusting customer service and zero accountability. They ruined our holiday plans.And also there is no daily housekeeping.

ห้องน้ำก็สกปรกมีคราบตะไคร่เต็มเลยแถมฝาชักโครกก็หักที่ห้อยทิชชู่ก็หัก ไฟในห้อง น้ำก็ติดแค่หลอดเดียวไฟห้องระเบียงก็ไม่ติด ทีวีก็เปิดไม่ได้ ถาดวางแก้วก็มีแต่คราบน้ำเต็มเลย

Pros:

The place is perfect, the room super big, with a nice balcony. Shower perfect, bathroom too, bed too.
The building is not noisy

Cons:

The location is good, but is far. So firstly you need to take a tuk tuk , grab or bus to the nearest station which is On Nut.
From there you already can use BTS, Train, Metro
