Es gibt sicher noch andere schöne Unterkünfte.
Pros:

Gutes Stadthotel mit super Lage zu allen Zielen in der Stadt.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir wohl beim Personal eine schlechten Tag!? Keine Motivation zur Problemlösung, fast schon frech und herablassend wurde ich vom “Nachtportier” stehen gelassen.

Comfortable and conveniently located near park and Airport bus.
Pros:

All food was tasty. Literally. You get to choose from 3 egg dishes. But Eggs Benedict is too plain. Scrambled eggs are best. 3 wines: Rose wine is least sour and makes a good drink together with sweet apple juice. Coffe is fine. 3 cheeses: one local Mallorca and another one Manchego or similar. Surprisingly good sausages.

Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich, Zimmer sauber, Betten gut, Lage des Hotels war sehr gut

Cons:

Bei 2 Nächten Aufenthalt ist es ungünstig gewesen, dass ein ganzen Tag lang, wegen Reparaturarbeiten Wasser abgestellt wurde und dies nur durch ein kleines Schild an der Rezeption angekündigt wurde. War man nicht an der Rezeption, wusste man es am nächsten Morgen nicht.

Todo está muy bien pero sobre todo lo que más me llamó la atención es el servicio de rellenado de botellas de agua que vas con tu botella y te la rellenan yo me pille la botella del hotel

2-3 Mitarbeiter waren in ihrem Beruf nicht glücklich und das hat sich im Alltag gezeigt

90% des Personals war freundlich und zuvorkommend

Cons:

Frühstück hatte keine hohe Qualität.
Die selben Äpfel und Birnen die Anfang der Woche angeboten wurden, lagen auch noch Freitags auf dem Buffet.

Clean and comfortable stay at a reasonable rate for exppensive Palma.
Pros:

Room was clean, comfortable and provided all needed facilities. Had a window that can be opened for fresh air and overlooking the canal.

Breakfast was simple but good.

Location was close to bus routes and about 15-20 minutes walk from the town center near the cathedral.

Cons:

WiFi was not alwas functional - especially late night.

Mi sono trovato molto bene in questo hotel. Lo staff è molto gentile e la camera singola, seppure piccola, aveva un letto da 120cm e tutto l'occorrente per una permanenza confortevole: cuscini comodi, doccia pulita e ampia, pressione dell'acqua ottima, e pulizia.
Ho apprezzato anche la policy per l'uso della palestra: è ad uso esclusivo previa prenotazione - l'ho trovato veramente eccellente.
Non ho consumato la colazione quindi non so valutare la qualità.
La posizione è ottima per raggiungere il centro, ogni angolo della città è comodo da raggiungere a piedi. La navetta per l'aeroporto molto comoda.
Check out alle 12 particolarmente gradito, con possibilità di estenderlo a più tardi (a pagamento).
Prezzi competitivi - seppure alti in assoluto - considerando tutte le altre alternative di livello compatibile a Palma.

Cons:

Le porte sono pesanti, quindi anche se direi che la stanza è insonorizzata, si sentono sbattere forte le porte delle altre stanze allo stesso piano quando gli altri ospiti entrano/escono.
