Originally booked at different at another hotel in town but saw this looked brand new inside out so decided to stay. Family really enjoyed their stay. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was yummy too. Kids loved the waffles.
Everything was Perfect. Hotel rooms looked like they were freshly painted and hotel looks so modern and smell so great too. It was clean and all the staff was courteous. The hot breakfast was great to start my morning. Perfect. I will definitely come back.

Hotel looks like it’s brand new. Rooms looked newly painted and updated. Everything was clean. Breakfast person was nice helped me make a waffle with the waffle machine.
Everything was so clean and new. Front desk staff was very friendly I forgot to catch lady name but she was great to talk to. Everyone had their ducks in a row. Hotel is well maintained.

Stayed in Room 109 it’s a handicap room. Why we got this room I do not know. But if I were handicap the show head would not stay in place. Also water came onto the floor and had to be dryer up. Water was everywhere. Mattress was completely worn worn out. It needs to be changed. Breakfast was good we enjoyed it.
The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned as we found a couple of childrens' toys on the floor near the chair.
The room was clean but the sheets felt clammy and the floors wet. Didn’t know if the carpets were cleaned but hadn’t dried. Otherwise, breakfast was good and staff friendly.
Hotel was very clean and made us feel at home. Breakfast was really too had everything to start our day. Our kids really like the waffles. You can tell they take care of hotel as everything was very clean and new. I love the hotels lobby and carpets.

People here were really friendly and helpful. My daughter forgot her toy in bed and an employee brought it down to desk and they called us and we came back and got it. Clean property seemed fairly new and people were great. Thank you once again.
Hotel seemed clean — appeared to be fresh paint in hallway. THEN… woke up just after 2 am itching like crazy on several parts of my body. Got up, turned on light & turned back covers. BEDBUGS!!! Called front desk. Lady (Ramona) came pretty quickly. I had collected several of the bugs in a tissue. She grabbed it out of my hand and said, “we need to get rid of this” and flushed it down the toilet. She had brought clean linens but refused to help put them on. Said she could not move us to a different room as there were none available. Silly me, thinking the problem was fixed went back to sleep. Woke again shortly after 4 with MORE bugs in my bed!!! Moved to the other bed which my cousin was sleeping in. After that neither of us got any more sleep. A bit later, I went to the front desk and spoke with Val. Asked for the manager and, of course, he wasn’t there. She would not give me his name or a time he was expected. I asked about a refund of our room charges. She, of course, was not authorized to offer that. So, could you have the manager call me? Her response to EVERY question was, “the manager has been notified.” Could you make sure you have my number? “The manager has been notified.” Could you read me back the number you have so I know it is correct? “The manager has been notified.” Etc etc. no empathy. No answering of simple questions. Overall flat out rude! The manager (Ken) finally called me about 5pm!!! Said he had tried to call several times earlier but I didn’t answer. Finally looked up my number on my loyalty account and found that Val had written it down….. one digit off!!! Accident? I’m thinking not given how rude she was! He said he would “immediately address the issue” and process a refund to my credit card. Still waiting (one week later) for the refund. Would NOT stay here again!!! Problem and further more how they addressed it both totally unacceptable!
Just stayed as traveling through. Great place to stay for that purpose.

Overall the stay was wonderful. You can smell disinfectant in the air and it made me feel super comfortable with the cleanliness expectation. The only downside would be that the restrooms need a little updating. The shower pressure was subpar at best. The toilet seat was set to low for people with any form of handicap. My elderly friend had to have assistance to use the restroom. But outside of that the hotel was a good. The pet fee is to high. I personally think it should be on a case by case. We had two micro chihuahuas and they stayed in a crate throughout the one night visit and yet it was 25 pp. $50 is to much. So although I give them a 5 star that extra fee might have me looking else where.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre. I did find a hair in my eggs which spoiled my appetite altogether. There was a dog a few doors down that kept barking which was really annoying when trying to relax.
