Pros:

Solo me quedé una noche porque solo iba para un concierto, pero la ubicación está excelente. La atención y las instalaciones son buenas. No tengo ninguna queja.

para mi todo estubo perfecto muy comodo, lugares cercas donde se podia ir a pasear a disfrutar la tarde, todo estuvo excelente no hay queja alguna y sobre todo el metro a una cuadra donde el translado era mas facil para nosotros que no conociamos.

Solo que no habia algo dentro del hotel para los ninos para que se entretuvieran pero de ahi en fuera todo bien, cero ruidos uno descansaba bien.

HABITACION SIN PRIVACIDAD

Las instalaciones limpias al igual que la limpieza de la habitación. El hotel tiene buea ubicación.

Cons:

Lamentablemente no se me informó que la habitación asignada estaba conectada a otra. Al estar dentro de la habitacion se escuchaba todo lo que sucedía del otro lado, desde conversaciones, movimiento de algun mueble, el ruido del baño cuando lo usaban, por lo que no se percibia "PRIVACIDAD". Nunca se notificó ese detalle de asignación de la habitación.

Que su personal principalmente recepción tenga mayor información turística, sepan de restaurantes, puntos de visita, que se pueda visitar dentro del centro histórico de Zapopan, tener en su mostrador un mapa de un recorrido turístico en la zona
