Except for the rain, our stay was excellent
Pros:

We come to Potsdam to visit family, hotel is just 10 minutes from where they live. We were allowed to let our grandson use the pool on a rainy day. That made it very family friendly. Breakfast was good. Located nearby food establishments. They signed me up for your hotel program, when I entered my room a Welcome Donald message was on the t.v. screen, that was a neat touch

Cons:

Honestly we did not find anything that we did not like during our stay.

Pros:

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Great location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to family and friends.

I did like how the staff was nice.

Cons:

The main reason we booked here was for the pool, we weren't told the pool was closed until we checked in. Our whole reason for staying here was to use the pool.
