Pros:

Izzy and the team at Home2 Suites provided our family with an exceptional stay during an unexpected situation. After our home air conditioning failed while family was visiting for the July 4th holiday, we booked two rooms for multiple nights. Izzy was incredibly helpful in selecting the right rooms for our specific needs and handled a minor issue with excellent customer service. We will certainly recommend this location to friends and family.

Our experience was highlighted by several standout features:

- Immaculate Rooms: The housekeeping team deserves high praise for keeping everything spotless.
- Superior Comfort: The beds were very comfortable, and the bedding was some of the softest and cleanest I have ever encountered.
- Functional Layout: The kitchen setup and full-sized refrigerator were perfect for our needs, and the in-room couch provided a great space for our family to gather.
- Breakfast and Coffee: Nice variety and dietary options for all.

We truly appreciated the hospitality and will definitely choose Home2 Suites again.

Overbooked - No Room provided in spite of Prepaid w/ Confirmation #
Pros:

Booking was made with confirmation # and prepaid. Upon arrival, hotel manager informed that the hotel had overbooked and a room would not be available. In addition, they took unauthorized action to move my reservation to an affiliate hotel several miles away, that I rejected. To add insult to injury, an e-mail was received notifying me of ‘late cancellation’ that may be subject to charges for a reservation at an affiliate location that I did not make.

As a multiple decades long Hiltons Honor Member, their 3rd party customer care and escalation process was useless.

Will be opting for other chains going forward.

Nice place to stay in The Domain. Staff is always nice and the rooms are always clean. Try to stay on the on the parking

Location and cleanliness. Staff was nice.

Cons:

You have to pay to park. I’ve stayed here a few times before and this stay was the first time I had to pay to park. That was never mentioned until my day of arrival.
