Coco Palm Beach Resort & Spa

Wonderful staff and beautiful room - with an amazing view from our spacious balcony. It’s the start of monsoon and low season so not all the facilities were available as stated on the website (bicycle, full range of breakfast options and the bar closed after sunset). I can imagine that this place is incredible in dry season - the beach is lovely (though storms washed up countless plastic). The staff were so lovely and the garden grounds are stunning. Thank you for everything :)

Beautiful rooms with exceptional wood work, great beach, nice waves for light body surfing, more peaceful than Duong Dong, free bus system from the main road, good selection of Viet and American food choices nearby the hotel. Definitely recommend this location and hotel.

Beach not well kept, cigarette butts and plastic littered. It’s a shame because the hotel is situated ona stunning beach side.

Rooms were dirty with ants but interiors are stunning.

Anything except a Balcony room offers little to no privacy.

Vi trodde att bokade en bungalow ,som visade sig vara ett vanligt hotellrum, dock nära stranden.Vidare skulle det finnas cykeluthyrning och kanotuthyrning,men som inte fanns.Dessutom spelade grannhotellet hög musik vissa kvällar i veckan.
Personalen väldigt service inriktad.

Resorten er liten, ligger rett ved stranda og har mange gratis solsenger. Rommene er store og sengene nydelige. Frokosten god, men på kveldene gikk vi ofte til plasser i nærheten for å spise. Mye god mat i gåavstand. Dette er en resort vi gjerne besøker igjen.

Unique beach hotel and garden.
The location is superb with spectacular sunsets and ocean views, and from your room you just have to take some small steps through the tropical, well maintained, botanic garden. The gardener is the sweetest guy with the biggest smile - a nice experience on your way to the breakfast.

The breakfast room is at the beach front.
The exterior and interior are amazing wooden style, combined with the garden and the sea view it makes it feel authentic. The hotel is small, cosy and very special.

The downside are as other mentions the wood work and buiding project behind the hotel - a neighbor are building a new hotel. While the projects on, there will be som noise and smell fra burnt wood. But I will say the location otherwise, makes it worth this inconvenience. There will be times of silence, and its not dominant in the beach area.

Breackfast and sun beds are free for guests!

A less pleasant experiences are to everyday feel lost in translation, this is also up to english-speaking travelers to prepare for. Still it is hard that what believed to be "international words" are not understood, sometimes also pretended understood.

The manager at the hotel have no problem with communication. I believe a small team effort together to develop understanding of typical word and also make routines for room cleaning - the staff will level up to perfect! Otherwise - all smiles :)

Et utrolig sjarmerende hotell med meget god service. Sengene er perfekte og rommene er store. Rommene kunne hatt et hakk bedre renhold og vedlikehold, men likevel var det et perfekt sted å bo i 11 dager. Prisene på restauranten er litt høyere enn i gaten, men likevel billigere enn de andre Strandhotellene. Book dette stedet om du ønsker å sitte i skyggen av store palmer og blomster, og ønsker stranden rett utenfor rommet ditt.

전체적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 방도 깨끗했고, 레스토랑에 음식도 좋았습니다. 사장님이 이것 저것 많이 신경을 써서 그런지 전체적으로 좋았습니다. 호텔과 해변이 붙어 있어서 물놀이 하기도 좋았고, 정원도 아름다웠습니다.
몇가지 단점은 호텔에 수압이 좀 약했습니다. 그리고 일시적인것 같은데 호텔 방안에서는 와이파이가 잘 되지 않았습니다. 그것 이외에는 큰 단점은 없습니다.

ダウンタウンからは少し離れており周辺はとても静かで、ダウンタウン南のリゾートホテルが密集しているエリアに比べるとこじんまりしていることもあり、のんびり過ごせます。ただし建物は綺麗に保たれているものの古いため、シャワーのお湯が途中から出なくなる、虫が出るなどあり、ある程度清潔感のある場所とサービスを重視する方にはおすすめしません。（そう言う方は5つ星ホテルを選ぶのが無難です）また食事はあまり美味しくないため、徒歩圏内にあるレストランに通いました。フーコックでトップ10に入るレストランがすぐそばにあります。

Här gjorde vi ett utmärkt val av boende, snudd på lyxboende med ett kanon läge vid stranden. Hela hotell området var vackert med mycket växtlighet. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, gratis transfer till flyget (om man bor minst 2 nätter).

Sehr gutes Hotel! SUPER SERVICE.

Прекрасный отель на пляже, свои лежаки . Отличные завтраки , вежливый и тактичный персонал. Бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт, обещали бесплатный трансфер и из аэропорта, но не нашли автобуса отеля, пришлось добираться на такси за 15 долларов.

En lugn skön och mer avskild resort, som ger dig möjligheten att relaxa fullt ut, men samtidigt ge dig in i den Vietnamesiska hetluften på ön närhelst du önskar!

Beautiful beach and gardens. Our room was right outside a water feature so was a lovely sound to wake up to. The beach is cleaner than Long Beach. The restaurant at Mango Bay next door is fantastic. the room was designed with thought and well executed. Comfy bed and pillows. Lovely fruit bowl on the first day. The wifi didn’t work at all the entire time...

Sehr schön gelegen, direkt am Strand. Jeden Abend tolle Life-Musik. Schade, dass manchmal kleine Schiffe davor ankern und auch mal ihren Müll ins Meer kippen.

Friendly staffs with big smiles as they greet you.
Very attentive to the guests’ needs... at breakfast, a waitress asked me for my room number; next day, she knew I was checking out that day, and asked me when they should have the shuttle bus ready for me.
Further, they have gone completely out of their way and taken me to the next resort I was staying, as this next 5 star resort wanted me to go 22km back to the airport in order to catch their complimentary shuttle bus, only to come back this same 22km as I was already more than half way through the ride to their location.

I wonder... who is really providing a 5 star hospitality & guest service?
