Overall somewhere between okay and good. Staff is very friendly. Time for breakfast sould be longer.
Pros:

Location itself is good, but to get to it, can be inconvenient (read below). Breakfast is not fantastic, but okay. And the staff is very nice and friendly. I stayed there twice, changed room once, so I need to say, that rooms are very different, you can get a great one with a terrace or one, that doesn't even have a window. Cannot remember exactly, until what time breakfast is offered, but I do remember, that it was not long enough (or maybe I just slept too long :)

Cons:

Hotel should be clear, where cab drivers should drop you off. Cabs/cars are not allowed to drive into the small lane, where the entrance for the hotel is. Without getting the closer drop-off location information most drivers drop you off on the farther lane end, so if you have heavy luggage, it's quite inconvenient to get to the hotel entrance, even if your luggage has wheels because of the uneven surface of the lane. And then there are stairs to get up to the hotel, so if nobody is at the reception (happened to me once), then you have to schlepp it up yourself.

Perfect location and excellent service
Pros:

Perfect location and excellent service! A quiet hidden in the crowded town area of Hanoi. The hotel interior is in boutique style and the room is really small but clean . Breakfast is also good . We stayed for only one night before leaving for Sapa and the manager tried to upgrade our room to a suite with balcony .The team also went extra mile to offer hospitality for our upcoming schedule by helping to keep our luggage after we checked out. Really appreciate the great service. Will recommend this to anyone who would love a home-coming experience in Hanoi :

Cons:

The bathroom would need some improvement, the pictures of the rooms are showing a better room than the booked standard room.

Good location.

Cons:

The guy at the reception didn't even look at us, breakfast wes really poor. Also, in the shower, the water heater had some cables hanging really close to the running water which I think is dangerous.
