Pros:

Excellent location and unbelievably convenient. The room is spacious enough for 2 people. Hotel staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel cats are very friendly and adorable. We miss the cats.

Cons:

The room we had is on the ground floor, and the balcony is not facing the street but the inner stair, so the view is not as good as in the website images.
The room (especially the door) is a not that new. One night the cleaning staff forgot to clean up the hair on bathroom floor, but other days it was fine.

Zeer goed ontbijt. Personeel is heel bekwaam en goed.

Cons:

Veel stof onder het bed die rondvliegen bij het openen van de ramen. Airconditioning werkte niet naar behoren.

Posizione comodissima, hotel non ci tornerei
Pros:

la posizione della struttura estremamente vicina alla stazione della Marmaray e alla stazione della metro e dei traghetti di Eminonu

Cons:

Purtroppo la colazione non era decisamente all'altezza, non è continentale e ha poca scelta.
Il eltto matrimoniale è formato da due letti singoli uniti.
Il bagno da rinnovare.

Дуже гарне розташування готелю. Кожен день прибирали, змінювали рушники та білизну.Гарна ванна кімната, дуже велика та в турецькому стилі. Персонал виконував всі прохання, допоміг з трансфером за гарною ціною.

Cons:

матраси знизу брудні, треба вже робити дрібний ремонт у номері.

Genial estancia en Estambul
Pros:

La localización del hotel es inmejorable 5-10 minutos andando a la mezquita azul, santa Sofía y al bazar de las especias. El personal siempre atento y amable.

Pros:

В номере чисто, полотенца меняют каждый день, есть чайник, пакетики чая, чашки, стаканы, 2 бутылки воды, есть сейф. Если прохладно, можно включить кондиционер на обогрев. Завтраки хорошие, есть, что выбрать. Интернет работает отлично, шумоизоляция хорошая или с соседями повезло) Расположение рядом с трамваем Т1, станция метро Sirkeci, до парома тоже недалеко пешком пройти. В аэропорт я добиралась не такси, а на метро с двумя пересадками (так что очень удобно). Персонал прекрасный, на ресепшен всегда готовы помочь!
