Pros:

Lack of furniture to put things i.e. night stand, towel holder by sink, chairs, shower caddy, shower curtain.

Not bad for the price!
Pros:

The hotel is decent.. Rooms are nice and clean. Aircondition works although a little slow. And the staff is very friendly. The shower has the same pressure as a old man with prostate problems, the street that the hotel is on is full of extremely loud motor vehicles of all kind.

Pros:

We stayed in this hotel 5 pax in 2 rooms. They didn't receive 1 booking from Agoda but gave us apartment for 1st night and after that we got superior room as I guess they didn't have any other left for no extra charge. Extra bed is expensive but it is stated on the website. Staff helpful although you might get a first impression the owner is angry but it's just the way he is. But was always helpful and gave us lift to the beach and was offering pick up back to hotel. When we asked if we need to pay anything he said no and suggested we can leave a tip if we want. Overall, I would recommend this place but next time I would like something closer to the beach.

Pros:

Upon checking in all went smoothly and as anyone would expect.
I purchased the basic room, it was. However, as a solo traveller the room was all I needed; clean, rooms made up daily, drinking water supplied, BUT shower water pressure was poor.
There are only good things to say about the staff at Orange City my stay was made enjoyable and informative with management organising tours as requested. I will visit Orange City again, this basic clean and adequately comfortable motel has made it onto my list of places to holiday while visiting Thailand.

Pros:

We got stuck on phi phi island and so we missed our first night of booking. When we arrived the man was very rude saying he waited up until midnight for us and that we were an inconvenience. Then two of them were yelling at each other in thai for about two minutes right in front of my wife and I! Our booking said free breakfast in two different places so we ordered breakfast and ate then were told we had to pay. The room and pool were nice but I'm sorry to say the service left us very less than satisfied.
