Snooze TOO

The room smelt strongly of fresh pant causing my partner headaches every evening. The check-in process was a bad first impression. We arrived in heavy rain with our backpacks and had to squeeze into a hole in the wall to check-in, which took some time as we couldn’t find our booking reference. Once we did check in, the machine didn’t have any receipt paper, so we wasn’t given our room number. Luckily throughout the process we had 5G, which we don’t normally whilst travelling so we were able to find our booking and then call the hotel. We then had issues with the WiFi the entirety of our stay, with it either being slow or not connecting. We text and they said it was sorted but unfortunately it still didn’t work properly.

The final issue was the shower only working if you held down a button. Again, we text, they came and claimed to fix the issue after a minute in the bathroom. But it was not fixed. Over our stay, we gave the team 3 messages about the issues. We were kind and patient, but the issues persisted. We can accept small glitches, but the paint smell was particularly bad, and the lack of communication when we raised issues was disappointing.

厕所洗澡器是坏了，要一直手按俩到三分钟才变热水，挂水候的坏的，镜子也坏感觉要掉下来，地点不错只是刚好对面在施工，早上会很吵

Sehr komplizierer Self-Check-In. Zwischendurch strüzte der Automat ab, sodass es etwa 30 Minuten dauter, bis man endlich den Check-In durchführen konnte.
Zimmer dürftig eingerichtet und extrem klein.

Bilik tidak berapa bersih. Toilet, orang luar boleh nampak melalui cermin bilik air.

Pintu toilet rosak dan tak boleh tutup rapat. Itu saja.
