Agak selesa untuk hotel bertaraf bajet...bawa family agk crowded lh

Senang nk cek in hanya guna mechine sahaja selesa x perlu beratur UTK ke front desk,🫶

love the kiosk system for check in! but keep an eye on the room number, its on the receipt, everything else is clean and facilities are functional! the price is worth it also near the tokyo town

everything is nice except for the toilet part

average place to stay if you need a quick rest before your next journey

encountered problem during check in as my booking number was registered as already checked in even though i’ve never checked in before. probably a system glitch. it didn’t help the fact that the place had no reception counter or staff to directly assist on the spot. just happened that one of their manager was around at that time that we managed to get it sorted.

another major turnoff was that the place was incredibly noisy during my stay as they were doing a renovation just next to my room. it was really distressing as it lasted for a good whole evening and i wasn’t able to sleep and rest.

It was really a bad experience staying here.

The self-check-in kiosk had a problem, and we had to wait about 10 minutes for the staff to reset it.

The towels provided were dirty. The bathroom design was also poor, as water would flow out into the room whenever we took a shower.

Our room was located directly behind the arcade area of Centrum Mall, making it extremely noisy and difficult to sleep early. We could also clearly hear sounds from neighboring rooms, including toilet flushing and doors opening and closing.

In addition, the toilet tap was broken, which further affected our stay.

Parking spaces were limited, and we had to pay RM20 for overnight parking at Centrum Mall.
