The staff behaviour was good and the property is inside the colony bits peaceful.

Cons:

The bathrooms cubicles and showers wasn't clean it was broken and no proper waterflow in the shower also the glass of the cubile shower wasn't clean

Good, clean hotel, no complaints with the room or the hotel itself. I recommend this hotel.

Cons:

This hotel sent me several messages everyday for three months in the lead up to my reservation, with a payment link which didn't work. This flooded my email inbox. When I sent several messages to the hotel to pay (because the link did not work), my question was drowned in their automated daily messages and were never seen. This resulted in my reservation being cancelled three days before, despite there being rooms available. I created another booking, but this was not found on record when I arrived. I had to wait 40 minutes to go through a booking process at the desk once I arrived. It seems, despite sending 1000s of messages through Booking.com, this hotel does not use it correctly.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. It was truly great value for money — the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a pleasant stay.What stood out most was the hospitality. The staff were exceptionally polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to Mr. Abdul and Mr. Shyam, who went out of their way to make sure I had a smooth and enjoyable stay. Their courteous attitude and professionalism really made a difference.Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with warm hospitality and excellent service.

Once you book with Treebo, they will keep spamming you booking.com inbox and emails with promotions. Such a nuisance, don’t ever book with them.

Chose this hotel because it was near the airport but I’ll splash out on something more expensive next time

Nothing much, but staff very helpful

Cons:

Terrible location at the end of a really grubby street. Soiled sheets. I cancelled and rebooked at half the price just before our stay. If we d paid the original price I would have been extremely unhappy
