Saffron Hotel

Room has very strong smell.

The hotel is nice and clean but the bathroom is very tiny. It is adequate for the price paid

I enjoyed my trip to Dubai, Saffron hotel is a brilliant location fantastic staff very friendly and helpful.
Good value for money. Would love too return for a longer for a longer stay.

It was close to restaurants and stores.

The wasroom was tiny. The toilet was in front of the sink and i could not even stand infront of sink. The shower was tiny with a handheld shower with poor water pressure. The room stunk of smoke or stale sheets. There was no lock from inside. Tow3ls were so thin and hard.

Через 5 минут после заселения увидели на кровати много КЛОПОВ. Тут же позвонили на ресепшн и нам поменяли комнату на втором этаже! Чистое постельное белье. Ванна требует ремонта. Сам номер чистый, но не много уставший. А так в целом ценна - качество! Но за 8 дней проживания ни какого дискомфорта не было. Отель находится рядом с метро, было очень удобно добираться в город. Аэропорт находится поблизости, но шума не было! Есть горячая вода, шкаф, холодильник, телевизор, обеденный стол.

The staff was rude and would not let me use a towel and The first room they gave me smells like smoke. Then they gave me a room with two beds versus one bed. They never clean the room

Hotellet ok. Bara en natt för vidare flygfärd. Det trista var att man försökte ta betalt fast vi redan betalat boendet.

I am writing to rate Saffron Hotel 1 out of 10 because it's members of staff do not have customer service/care. For the fist two days, we begged them for toilet papers but we never provided, nobody cleaned our room up to the time we left, the room was dirty as if they didn't know that we are coming. It's only the restaurant which has members of staff with good customer service.
But to say the truth, I can't recommend anyone to book for this Saffron Hotel am sorry.

The best vacation ever, frendly stuff, decent room with decent breakfest.
Overall exscelent budget hotel, would recommend to stay at this hotel.

Asiakaspalvelua ei ollut ollenkaan, huonetta ei siivottu kertaakaan. Suihkussa ei ollut painetta, jolloin peseytyminen oli mahdotonta.

A cheap place to stay. If you're a clean freak stay away. Plenty of mould and groomed in the bathroom. WiFi was crap, telephone wasn't connected to wall duei to having no plug. But the a/c was ok, main thing required for Dubai.

very nice and clean rooms, would have been perfect if only Wi-Fi was free

Had no problems besides the fact that it was advertised as a free wi-fi. Had to pay D$20 which is less than a fiver. But connection was really bad and I couldn't use face time with my daughter back home.
