Comfortable and enjoyable.
Pros:

Close to interstate and mall. Clean and friendly.

Cons:

The room was large with plenty of storage and a microwave and stove. Very clean and not expensive.

Stopped last minute.
Pros:

I did not have a reservation. I was tired from traveling and decided to stop for the night. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. She stated they were booked for the night but was able to find a room for me. I was very appreciative. My room was exactly where I would have requested if I had made a reservation, I was very happy about that. The room was very clean, spacious, great desk and small kitchen. The bed however was not great. The mattress was crushed and sunken in. The mattress needs to be replaced. Other than that the room was great.

I came down for breakfast around 8 am. It was busy. I expected that but I was surprised to see only one person working the breakfast area with a fully reserved hotel. I felt bad for the lady that was working. She was doing everything she could to keep up with what was happening. She was refilling food and beverages, cleaning tables, emptying trash. She was doing the best she could being there by herself. I helped a few people that didn't know how to operate the waffle maker. One person is not enough in the food area when there is a full hotel especially with most being young athletic people. I don't know the circumstances but it definitely reflects on the hospitality of the hotel. I say this respectfully with 40+ years of experience in this field. Management, please do better in this area.

Fantastic Marriott
Pros:

Everything was great..location was perfect, easy access on and off 75..breakfast was good..all the staff were very friendly..beds were comfy..king suite had a fridge, stove, dishwasher..outdoor pool was nice..would definitely stay here again while traveling

No hospitality here!
Pros:

Worst experience at a Marriott. I called for 2 days because our TV didn’t work. Nobody came. There was a baby roach in my bed. Called in the morning to ask for toothpaste that I forgot to pack and was basically told to come get it myself. Went down for breakfast at 6:50am (was told breakfast was at 6am) and was scolded by staff for trying to get water because breakfast didn’t start until 7am.
