Convenient hotel with great staff in mixed area.
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a very convenient location very close to I-75, immediately off Newberry Road.

Cons:

There seems to be a lot of litter on the grounds of the surrounding properties. Saw people panhandling in the street in front of the hotel's drive. While the hotel seems clean and well kept up, there was a lingering stale odor in our room that took a while to dissipate.

Decent stay
Pros:

The room was big, comfortable, and fairly clean. I wasn't a fan of the layout—the bed faces the shower directly, and while the sink is located outside the bathroom, the counter space is very tiny. On the plus side, the hotel is kept clean and they offer free coffee in the lobby all day. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but it's a decent stay overall.

Nearly perfect.
Pros:

THe room was nearly perfect, with plenty of room and storage space. Having a full-size fridge was nice, altho we didn't need it for a one-night stay. The layout was good.

Cons:

The metal strip between the bedroom & bathroom was sharp on bare feet. The toilet paper holder is too close to the toilet, making it hard to maneuver. Not crazy about the scrambled eggs (powdered?) or lack of bacon, but the jalapeno souffle was delicious.

Breakfast starts late during the weekend. I have to leave at 6:45am and would like to have breakfast but they open at 7am during the weekends
