Staff was very nice
The room was big, comfortable, and fairly clean. I wasn't a fan of the layout—the bed faces the shower directly, and while the sink is located outside the bathroom, the counter space is very tiny. On the plus side, the hotel is kept clean and they offer free coffee in the lobby all day. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but it's a decent stay overall.
THe room was nearly perfect, with plenty of room and storage space. Having a full-size fridge was nice, altho we didn't need it for a one-night stay. The layout was good.
The metal strip between the bedroom & bathroom was sharp on bare feet. The toilet paper holder is too close to the toilet, making it hard to maneuver. Not crazy about the scrambled eggs (powdered?) or lack of bacon, but the jalapeno souffle was delicious.
All good
Pet fee was $75/night- highway robbery! Hotel I stayed in night before (also a suites hotel) was $25/night in NC
Location
No one at the front desk when we arrived. We had to go look for him. Hair in the shower and on the sink. Gross!
Clean. Friendly staff
Breakfast starts late during the weekend. I have to leave at 6:45am and would like to have breakfast but they open at 7am during the weekends
Clean, comfortable & well appointed with a fully functioning kitchen.
Nothing!
First the pros: the staff was wonderful, especially Brianna and Madeline at the front desk, and the lovely woman who helped with breakfast (Mona I think). Upon check-in Brianna was comforting an elderly man who had just lost his wife, she served him a warm meal and she helped arrange transportation for him to get back to his family (both complimentary). It was touching and one of the kindest acts that I've seen in a while.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We did not use the kitchenette as we only stayed for one night, but it was a nice feature for longer stays.
The hot breakfast options had everything one would need, and it was clean, organized and well stocked thanks to Mona, who asked us several times if there's anything else that we needed.
The cons were that the room smelled a bit like dog, and the wall air conditioner made a low rattling noise all through the night. Not sure if all rooms/floors are pet friendly, but if they could enforce restricting them to certain rooms that will help.
Great stay overall due to the customer service and hospitality of the staff.
Will definitely return!
It was pet friendly i didnt know. A dog across the hall from our room was left alone by its owner. It barked and cried from 7pm till after 10:30 pm. We were there because my husband had surgery 5 minutes from the hotel. The front desk did nothing when I reported the issue. Also the bed was horrible, springs poking through. Carpet was filthy, my feet were black after walking on it after shower. Will never go back!
I didn't like the bed it very bad felt as though spriccc
Clean and friendly people
