Pros:

price was less than I was expecting, possibly due to the time of year. the breakfast was good? Although I didn't have a full breakfast. Because I was meeting friends later. The staff was helpful friendly.Is my thoroughly enjoyed my stay

A fabulous hotel!
Pros:

I loved the decorated lobby, the kind, professional staff at the front desk and the lovely room they upgraded us to. It was fabulous!

Cons:

The only things I could fault them for wads:

1) pillows were not to my liking...maybe it's just my opinion.
2) the bathtub needed a mat so that people won't slip and fall.

And that's it! It truly is a wonderful place.

Great location for the venue(Rays Golden Lion).
Pros:

Clean, bright out door night parking . Friendly staff with a cheering demeanor. Room attendant(housekeeper ) was beyond helpful, and prompt. We adored every staff interaction we had.

Cons:

Other access points for hotel access were not light bright for me to find at night when returning from dinner. A little loud on George street from the fourth floor but overall not terrible.

Pros:

The staff is welcoming and friendly to both people and their pets. Alina at the front desk was professional and patiently answered all my questions. The hotel room was clean well stocked. The room coffee actually tastes good. This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel.

Cons:

The pillows on the bed need updating, they weren't very comfortable.
