This will be my "go to" place when in Richland Washington area!
Pros:

Dog friendly! Convenient location. The rooms are designed nice. Comfortable bed. Great view and walking area. Fantastic breakfast food options on sight and other restaurants near by.

Great stay for a couple of night visit to the Tri Cities
Pros:

Breakfast was great and I was surprised to see a library and a billiard room. Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked really nice. The staff was very nice. Shower was excellent.

Overall, I loved the location, really nice room, very fun for us to swim and lay in the sun.
Pros:

We went as a girl's trip, lay in the sun at the pool, go to wineries and visit a friend locally. The hotel was very nice, the only issue I'd say was the bed wasn't very comfortable. But the breakfast was great and the evening mixer with food and drink was really neat, good quality and all the staff was wonderful. I would go back for the pool which was super clean, could use some more lounge chairs as there were only 4 but I loved the pool. Oh and the AC in the room was top notch, absolutely freezing cold, loved it! I used the ice machine a lot, very cool. Nice to have a full fridge which we used.

Cons:

Uncomfortable mattress, tv was behaving weird, would turn off on it's own. Another situation where I rented a movie that could not play from YouTube. No access to Prime, that was odd. Must have been an issue with the internet connection- watched another movie and it stopped and spun eternally, never able to finish the movie.
