Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant sehr freundlich. Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Inisches Restaurant im Eingangsbereich auch sehr gut. Schöner Poolbereich und sehr schöner Fitnessbereich

Cons:

Die Lage hätte besser sein können. Die Gegend nicht sehr einladend und Restaurants oder Shopping Möglichkeiten nicht zu Fuß zu erreichen

The staff and food was amazing

Cons:

The fact that I needed to ask for an additional towel, as only one was provided in a double room and that my kids room key never worked. After multiple attempts to fix it, you amazing receptionist gave them a different room.

Pas de pèse dans l'hôtel pour aider les clients à peser les valises avant l'aerport. There was a fake scale that was showing us 5kgs less, and we ended up being in trouble at the airport. Open dustbins in room not good, they should be covered
