The staff and food was amazing

Cons:

The fact that I needed to ask for an additional towel, as only one was provided in a double room and that my kids room key never worked. After multiple attempts to fix it, you amazing receptionist gave them a different room.

Pas de pèse dans l'hôtel pour aider les clients à peser les valises avant l'aerport. There was a fake scale that was showing us 5kgs less, and we ended up being in trouble at the airport. Open dustbins in room not good, they should be covered

Un séjour parfait avec une équipe exceptionnelle et un service irréprochable.
Pros:

C’était vraiment super. L’accueil était excellent, l’équipe très disponible, respectueuse et toujours à l’écoute. La femme de ménage était adorable. Mention spéciale au monsieur qui portait systématiquement nos affaires : dès qu’il nous voyait descendre d’un taxi, peu importe l’heure, il était là pour nous aider et porter nos courses jusqu’à la chambre.
La cuisine était incroyable, les plats étaient vraiment très bons. Les serveurs étaient super gentils, drôles et très professionnels. Ils ont été adorables avec mon bébé, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable.

Cons:

Rien à signaler, tout s’est parfaitement bien passé

Cons:

Unfortunately, only two or three men and one lady at the hotel reception were professional and friendly. The majority of the staff turned out to be quite unpleasant and not very helpful.

It’s disappointing, especially considering our shared African roots. This is not how Africa can or should develop—through negativity and jealousy.

Very very nice stuff beautiful room good pool and clean bed and very good breakfast
