Pros:

Location is close to the train station and the ferry to Zanzibar, also very good location if you are going to the airport, about 20min drive if no traffic jam to the airport.
Room was quite spacious, clean, with lots of storage. They provide most of the amenities drinking water, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, bar soap. There's a small fridge in the room. Breakfast was a buffet and the chicken soup was delicious.

Cons:

The bed felt old, but comfortable enough to get a good night's sleep. The AC was noisy, but functioned pretty well. Woke up around 5am from the train horning which is not the hotel's fault of course. Past 6am it gets quite again.

Pros:

The hotel reception was ok,
Wasn't very pleased with the fact I was told I owed something extra towards my food yet I had a full board paid up booking

Cons:

Towels only 3 towels per day for 2 guests
Bedding smelled damp
Shower gel only 30mls per day for 2 guests , it wasn't well at all.

Nice stay in Dar Es Salaam close to the airport.
Pros:

The room was a standard hotel room, well equipped. The location is fine but there isn’t much to do around the area. The hotel restaurant, Mumbai Spice, is fantastic. The food is tasty and very good value for money, we ate there on 4 occasions.

The staff are friendly and were willing to help with our queries.

Cons:

The AC stopped working during our stay however was fixed quickly as was the safe in the room.
The pool could do with a clean.

Comfortable place near the airport and train station.
Pros:

We enjoyed the hospitality of the hotel staff very much. The room was clean and the air conditioning was very cool. We found the bed comfortable after a long journey from the United States. The breakfst had many selections of fruits, breads and a very nice omelette bar. Our room was very comfortable. We rested well in the bed and found everything clean and orderly. The shower was hot with ample water pressure. The air conditioning was refreshing and very cool. The restaurant staff was professional and friendly as well. We look forward to staying here on another visit.
