The staff was wonderful and very friendly. Room, along with the property in general, were quite clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I went there for a relaxing get a way, and that is exactly what I had.

Several things wrong- No elevator to 2nd floor-Our balcony room had outside entrance so we heard traffic noise all night😟Terrible coffee! Breakfast was boxed and hung on your door! There for 2 nights and room was not cleaned after 1st night-trash not emptied, nothing done to the room!!! I DO NOT recommend this hotel!!

Property was a bit dated (no elevator) but clean. Beach area was very nice with a great view of the bay. Shout out to GAVINA in the office. We got there early and she was very helpful getting our room ready and did a great job with follow-up and area suggestions.

Great view of traverse bay. Property looked recently updated but still felt old. Exterior rooms had street noise. Breakfast was boxed lunch style delivered to the door It included Orange and orange juice with EITHER muffin sandwich, muffin, hard boiled egg or cereal. Could not make any changes. Too much orange
We stayed 2 nights to visit traverse city so I guess it was adequate for our trip.

We did really enjoy the property but sadly we found a lot of spiders around the property and two in our room. They weren’t small either!! I don’t think we’d stay there again it’s expensive for what you get. You’re just paying for the view on the beach.
