Very adequate, but don’t select if you want a good breakfast.
Pros:

Nicely sized room, clean. Table with two comfy chairs, desk and large movable table.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t worth a darn. One waffle machine was the best and only thing worth having. HB eggs were peel yourself. Packets of instant oatmeal. No cereal or fruit. No protein other than the HB eggs.

Good Place to Stay with Dogs
Pros:

Perfect place for large dogs. Parking was in front of room, grassy area is close by and has laminate floors. It could use some upgrading and better housekeeping (dead wasps on windowsill and bathroom not the best). The heater didn't work but I won't rule out user error so I'm not counting against this on the review. Free breakfast was good.

Driving up appearance was a little shaky but everything after was excellent.
Pros:

Seating area more than adequate. Food selection included everything you could want. The staff was very attentive to maintaining items.

Did not stay! Booked a room at another hotel.
Pros:

I have nothing good to say about this place, I ended turning in the door card and leaving, this place was horrible, had to book another room at a different location

Cons:

Room was dirty, smelled like a outhouse,and cigarette smoke, people living out in the parking lot, no towels in bathroom, air conditioning did not cool the room, bedding looked old, room was in need of a complete upgrade.
