Pros:

The location and the grounds were kept very nice! Enjoyed the hottub both nights!!

Cons:

Could do a bit more with the breakfast options. And the air-conditioner was loud

Carpet/Floors need a good cleaning. 1 mile to downtown

Cons:

Many reviews raved about how clean it was. The floors were not clean. A washcloth on the floor came up very dirty in the sink area. Dark grey carpet looked dirty. Somehow "downtown" was mentioned, and it is not downtown, it's a mile away.

Nice accommodations for our annual motorcycle trip in Arkansas.

Good location and good parking for an F-150 pulling a motorcycle trailer. Clean room, friendly staff.

Pros:

While we didn’t use it, the pool was pretty.

Cons:

For the price, the room was shabby with dated furniture, carpet, blankets, etc. However, it seemed clean and the beds were comfortable.

This is a good, clean and comfortable place to stay in Eureka Springs.
Pros:

The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and the property was quiet.

It was a little dated and older of a property. The breakfast was lacking.

Pros:

I truly enjoyed everything about our stay! Steve & Andrew at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our toilet, and they both immediately found us a new accommodation! I will definitely stay there again for our next visit. Within walking distance to historic downtown, excellent location.

Cons:

Nothing, we enjoyed everything!
