Loved the accommodations. We took advantage of the hot tub and exercise area as well.
Pros:

Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was limited. We will stay here again when visiting the area!

Pros:

Loved staff and facilities! They had adjoining rooms, so even with x2 rooms, it let us go back and forth like a multiple room suite! The power went out one night, and the staff was on point dealing with issues that came up.

Cons:

The entry/exit into the parking lot was in a really rough spot. The location itself is great. It just made me nervous pulling out there.

Comfortable, clean and friendly!
Pros:

My adult daughter and I hadn't taken a trip together since 2000 when she graduated high school. We found this facility a great place. Friendly staff, clean comfortable room, and very accommodating. We will use this facility again if we visit area again!

Gosh I really don't know. Everything was great.

The fact that our room was cleaned daily and the staff was very nice.

It was nothing fancy. They are doing some renovations and some of the things still needed updating.

Family and dog friendly hotel with comfortable beds and clean pool.
Pros:

Very welcoming facility. It had a homey feel. The room was clean and comfortable and opened up to a well kept court yard. The pool was clean and there was a wonderful hot tub. Towels were supplied in the room with the hot tub. The trolley picks up in front of the hotel. Price for our room was very reasonable. I was very happy with our stay and recommend it to anyone visiting Eureka Springs. Also, dogs were welcomed.

It was fine. Already have reservations later this month.
Pros:

We had a room on the second floor but when the registrar( Katie) noticed my husband walked with a cane she moved us to a ground floor room. Very nice of her.

Cons:

Bed kind of sunk in.

Very Good Place in ES, AR
Pros:

Good location, clean, friendly staff, quiet area for good rest. Close to all that the town has to offer, about a 15 minute walk to the main street shoppes and cafes.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike. The property is in a great location and is better than expected for the price paid.
