La experiencia en el hotel ha sido EXCELENTE A destacar la atención del personal : todos los trabajadores han sido amables y cercanos. Habitacion muy muy cómoda y confortable. A destacar el colchón Es de los mejores donde he dormido. Buen wifi. Habitación muy amplia. La decoración tanto de la habitación como de todo el hotel está muy cuidada. Es preciosa. Cuidan el mínimo detalle !! En general ha sido un alojamiento perfecto. Muy muy muy recomendable.

Fueron super comprensivos con mi situacion de impedimento y el hecho de que estaba en una silla de ruedas. Me dieron un cuarto mas grande y comodo. Personal muy amable y dispuesto en ayudar.

Cons:

El ruido de afuera en el lobby de gente entrando y saliendo. Las puertas y los elevadores hacen mucho ruido que molesta un poco. Se escucha la gente hablando afuera.

Best stay during the visit to PR
Pros:

Their accommodation for special requests was excellent. I prepared a romantic proposal with the local service provider introduced by the hotel, and everything went perfectly in coordination with the hotel (except for minor details that the hotel could not completely control).

Cons:

Due to its structural features, it sometimes had a faint resemblance to a cigarette smell in the hallway, coming from outside the hotel (I suppose the smokers were just random tourists on the street or workers from nearby businesses). Other than that, everything was excellent considering how expensive it is to enjoy such a decent hotel these days.

La posizione comodissima, di fronte alla spiaggia e vicina a tutti i bar e ristoranti vista tramonto. Stanze belle e comodissime. Letto fantastico. Una terrazza e un ristoranti eccezionali.

Beautiful accommodations, on the surface. But a few small stakes changes would help immensely.
Pros:

Rooms were very tastefully, decorated, extremely relaxing lighting. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and the maid service was exceptional.

Cons:

More places to hang wet towels and swimsuits would be helpful. Nowhere to even hang hand towel. every time someone took a shower the entire bathroom floor was soaked so our bath mat was soaked all the time. Would have also been helpful to have two chairs out on the lanai instead of one. Also, adding some fruit for breakfast or the options to purchase would have been very appealing. One of the reasons that sold us on the property was the hot tub which we were told had been out of order for a long time. We stayed for over a week and after asking every day about the hot tub, they finally did give us a small discount, but I feel that should have been said upfront.

Absolutely loved the location, amazing staff and ease of checking in. Morning coffee and pastries were delicious! Rooms were clean and tidy. Thoughtful touches throughout.

Cons:

The only negative, is the road noise is horrible at night.

Great stay for the money and the area.
Pros:

The location was exceptional. Near the beach. The room was clean. Food at the downstairs restaurant is great.

Cons:

The restaurant and the rooftop bar are closed Tuesday through Wednesday or Thursday. Something to consider. Very hard to find a decent breakfast in Esperanza area. We had to call a cab to get to Blue Horizon resort to find one.

Pros:

tuvimos un problema con la reserva y nos ayudaron a resolverlo. Es el mejor hotel de esa zona de Vieques. Arquitectura brutalista pero con mucha onda. El jacuzzi nunca anduvo pero no era muy importante para nosotrios. te daban toallas y sillas pata la playa, pero todo el resto lo debías comprar (heladera para playa, vaso térmico, en otros hoteles lo ofrecían gratis para llevar). Volveria a este hotel

It was fine.
Pros:

The rooftop and the location were great.
The bedroom was comfortable, but I had a terrible night because of people partying on the beach nearby at 1 am (the guy at the front desk said he couldn't do anything).

Cons:

The hotel didn't offer breakfast, even though it was quite expensive and the area didn't have many options for food at night or very early in the morning during the off-season.
