Everything but the breakfast experience was great.
Pros:

Everyone was great. Everyone was helpful. The rooms were clean. It was fresh.

Cons:

My experience at breakfast the following morning was less than optimal. We arrived and were rushed because apparently they were trying to shut down within the half hour. It was very clear. They did not want us to be there and we’re annoyed at the fact that we were there. Everyone was short and as I said, we were very rushed, not given any time to make any decisions on anything other than go go go.

It also wasn’t clear the separation between continental versus paid breakfast which other patrons were very confused about and ended up paying money they didn’t want to pay, and didn’t really seem to have at $25 each . But there was no postings at least that I saw to differentiate the two.

Decent but over priced
Pros:

LOCATION! It's about 350 feet from the Palace theater! The room was clean , stocked and the ac unit is amazing ❄️. The gym is pretty nice and the night was pretty peaceful and no disruption at all. The roof top bar is amazing. The view is spectacular!

Cons:

The coffee machine in our room did not work at all. I tried plugging it in a different outlet, filled it with water and pressed the power button at different times. It wouldn't even come on.
The shower leaks from the water valve. Water literally comes out of the wall which is concerning and I told them at the front desk.
My third complaint is that , for what it is, this hotel is very expensive. Our room was a double bed and $236 for one night. This hotel has no pool, and the PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE . Yes they have valet available. It's also 45$ for it. And the parking garage costs$ 22 to stay overnight. There is also a 50$ fee you have to pay upon check in even if your room is paid in full- this is supposed to be refundable but we will see. This should be disclosed more readily before booking.

It was too basic for the price of the room.
Pros:

The parking was too expensive and the room was basic. The breakfast on the 8th floor was presumed free of charge and too expensive. The search criteria filter requested free parking and complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

The breakfast bar wasn't clear. $20 not quality foods/ breakfast.

It could have been better
Pros:

The room was fine

Cons:

The food on the 8th floor was well below expectations. I was looking for a nice dining experience but this wasn't. The menu was boring. It tried to mask mediocre food with fancy names. It was truly awful.
Breakfast was ok but way over priced.
