Pros:

Really friendly and helpful person checked me in and gave me a lovely room. Big clean room. Great location.

Cons:

Person who checked me out was borderline rude. Shame.car park is 22 dollars a day.

It could have been better
Pros:

The room was fine

Cons:

The food on the 8th floor was well below expectations. I was looking for a nice dining experience but this wasn't. The menu was boring. It tried to mask mediocre food with fancy names. It was truly awful.
Breakfast was ok but way over priced.

No one cared that we had to wait. No one was compensated for having to wait.
Pros:

It was close to the venue we were going to for the concert

Cons:

We waited until 4pm to get there because that was check in time. When we got there there were several people waiting for a clean room. We were put on the list which was already long. We waited over a hour. My husband has back issues and breathing problems I had to ask a couple of times to get a room so he could rest before going to the concert. This was the main reason I got the room in the first place.

Good location and good food
Pros:

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is well located to reach stuff downtown.
The rooftop restaurant had good service and food.

Cons:

Lack of free breakfast with the room is a bit disappointing. Paid parking was a bit surprised. I was hoping the hotel would cover our fee for our stay.

If I could’ve had a better sleep experience, this would’ve been a 10 out 10
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and the setting was beautiful. Even though it was self serve, the staff during the breakfast service was amazing. They were so kind and so helpful. Definitely the best breakfast service I’ve ever had in a hotel.

Cons:

The beds were not comfortable, and the noise of the air-conditioning was loud and random.
