I was pleased.
Pros:

Location was extremely convenient to my doctor's appointment. I was able to walk around for exercise. The front desk staff when I checked in, Kevin was very helpful and gracious.

Cons:

Did not see any fitness facilities. I did not inqure, but a pool is always nice.

Best Hotel In Downtown Louisville Kentucky
Pros:

The hotel was amazing! From the nice guy at valet to the front desk with Kevin and his coworkers! The Christmas decorations were so festive and even though you’re not at home they made the experience warm and welcoming! The room was nice and spacious! Comfy bedding. The bathroom was very clean kind of small but manageable! We will come back again on our next road trip!!

Kevin is wonderful!!!
Pros:

Kevin was really nice and patient with us. We came down from Cincinnati for a NYE party and he was very kind. He knew the answers to our questions and just very pleasant to talk to!

I will be returning!!!
Pros:

Everything was so pleasant. This is one of my most memorable hotel experiences ever!

Cons:

Well sleep is verry important when staying so the pillows were so soft that though there were 4 on the bed, I still wasnt able to get into a comfortable sleep as soon as I wanted to.
The only other thing was that, on my floor one of the other patrons were weed smokers and the aroma heavily overtook the hallway. Not the the fault of Hilton at all of course.
