The location was convenient to where I needed to be.
The information that booking displayed in the policy doesn't match the policy of the property. ie: per booking parking is $20 a day no reservation needed. Per the hotel its $32 a day. Per Booking the holding fee is $50(one set fee). Per the hotel its $50 per night.
Danielle was amazing. She was so friendly and welcoming. It was my husband’s birthday and she was so kind when we checked in.
Dani did a wonderful job at the front desk, taking care of all our needs. Can’t wait to come back for a longer stay.
Great staff. Just around the corner from Louisville Palace. Clean rooms. Close to a few places to eat.
Downtown Louisville was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Danielle at the Registration Desk was helpful and friendly everytime I went down there for questions or recommendations.
Mark was sensational and Mary is a sweetheart. 1st time in Louisville and I’d visit again just because of them. Hospitality top notch.

My daughter and I came to Louisville for the John Mulaney concert. We stayed at the Hilton Garden and were very impressed with the cleanliness andcomfort of the room! The rooftop bar was an added bonus and we had such a good time after the concert up there. Before we left, we ate breakfast in Marnita and Rob were fantastic and took great care of us! I would definitely recommend staying here!

I had such a wonderful breakfast experience thanks to Marnita! She truly went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She took her time, was incredibly attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Her kindness, helpfulness, and excellent service made my morning so much better. If you have the chance, definitely ask for Marnita, you'll be in great hands! The food was amazing as well!
