Pros:

Booked this because it was cheap...nig mistake... way out of town...really dodgey neighbourhood and when we arrived no one was around the place looked like it was from a zombie movie. We tried to call no answe, so did not stay in end. It did not look enviting. Pool looked dirty and area around looked like a dump. Pictures does this place well

Ein Empfehlenswertes Hotel.
Pros:

Ein sehr gutes und preiswertes Hotel.
Insbesondere der Service des Hotelpersonales ist sehr gut und freundlich, hat man ein Anliegen gehabt so wurde einem sofort geholfen.
Die Zimmer sind groß und die Minibar sehr günstig.
Zudem gab es ein gutes Angebot an premium Fernsehkanälen die meisten zwar in English, aber es liefen viele gute Filme oder Sportsendungen.
Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel, das ich weiter empfehlen kann.

in need of serious renovation
Pros:

I can't fault the staff/owners who are helpful and speak English, however the state of the hotel is very disappointing. There are hundreds of affordable hotels in Pattaya with recent renovations to a very high standard, and this is not one of them. The furniture is the cheapest kind while absolutely everything in the room seems to be at least a decade old. the mattresses and sheets feel about 25 years old.

It's far from Pattaya main town, with no cheap bus transport within walking distance. I was able to find several affordable quality hotels with space in Pattaya main, by just walking around. If you do want to stay out of the town centre on a budget, stay in Jomtien.

On the upside, the plumbing and electricity work. Sorry.
